This is the need of the hour and long overdue. The model Builder Buyer Agreement (BBA) must be released to the public domain to gather input from experts, homebuyers and various associations. It should be balanced, ensuring fairness to both buyers and builders while eliminating the current one sided nature that allows builders to exploit homeowners. The Supreme Court must ensure that this is implemented in a time bound manner, with strict enforcement, to avoid it becoming yet another regulation that exists only on paper.
The Indian real estate sector's persistent challenges and unmet demands highlight a disconnect between industry needs and budget provisions. Despite lofty promises, the lack of actionable blueprints continues to frustrate stakeholders, yet they maintain a resilient optimism.

@@healthcarefrankly3973 hey devanand jr, I like your vlogs, but don't you see 2 bhk is now pegged as 1 crore and literally nothing is available below 1 cr, and this has gone above affordability levels in most cases, of course bangalore has still not reached the gurgaon levels but recent water crisis and floods etc has caused a dent, over supply will also lead to cooling of prices
People have options now they can buy prefabricated modular, container homes.. they look beautiful.. though some maintenance is needed after 15yrs but it can be worth it.. dont get caught in these 5cr homes.. buying avove 2crores not worth it.. its only made for affluent class. Its really sad wherever the job market develops the cost of houses rise up.. i dont know which is the target audience for these developers.

Problems from Provident in one of the apartment: a). 6 borewells planned for Big apartment: Now sourcing water from tankers(tank mafia) by deducting huge amount from advance maintainance of buyers, the water in kitchen have 600 TDS, so many new water purifier filters and Geysers got damaged. No solution yet. b). Security management: Anonymous people and anonymous vehicles being roamed inside premises even though having enough security personal, this means no strict measures followed and our children can be kidnapped any time from apartment. also very less CCTV from builder. No Solution yet c). Khata bifurcation is not yet done even after getting pocession after 1 year and no information of same even sooner. d). Not all the ameneties even started building/placing on planned apace. e). Water from STP is not available always in toilets, FM keeps requesting to wait for days to get water to flush again and again. Cant cover all issues here...
