I just broke my lock and was locked out, how do you get a new barrel or do you also need a new Key??
Are you already on the 1 Key system with us? Or you have a standard Aussie Traveller door? Is the door now open?
@@1keycompany I have the original key barrel, Ive ordered the sure part that attaches to the barrel, but Im not sure about a new washer and clip as mine came out barrel and all and Im sure that clip was damaged, my order should be out today from ur Store, but girl had no idea about clip

So how do we fix this issue when it happens?
You might need a locksmith. Are you a 1 Key customer? If so give me a call.
This is a great idea to have one key instead of that huge bunch to do battle with!

Just a tip to help people. Better to know than not know :)
It is great that 1 Key has taken the initiative to fill an obvious gap in the market. It is only a matter of time before all manufacturers will accept client demand to provide a simpler more secure option as 1 Key are endeavouring to offer.
