I think the mansion is hideous but I like your commentary.
My concern is at tge rear of the pool . The grounds seem to look as if it's been rained on n the grounds have fallen. My point to you is will that create a land slide n it could cause the pool to fall as well . That should be reinforced with steal beams to stabilize the grounds from falling n with the pool with it .
I THINK THERE SHOULD BE SOME SORT OF A PLACED STUCTURE THAT WOULD SECURE THE HILL SIDE OF THIS ESTATE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE POOL . .SUCH AS CONCRETE AND REINFORSED BEAMS TO STABILIZE THE STRUCTURE OF THIS SMALL HILL SIDE OF THIS BEAUTIFUL ESTATE .
THIS ESTATE IS VERY NICE , BUT YOU HAVE TO CONSIDER THE HILL SIDE OF IT . IF THERE IS A VERY HEAVEY RAIN FALL . THE RAIN WILL CREATE A LAND SLIDE THAT COULD CAUSE THE DIRT TO CHANGE INTO A MUD SLIDE THAT COULD PULL DOWN THE POOL SIDE OF THIS ESTATE . THIS COULD BE A POTENTIAL PROBLEM FOR A FUTURE BUYER .

It’s in a “pocket” Neighborhood that has similar homes. This is one of my favorite ones in that particular area. I guess describing it as “cheap” really depends where you are from.

I don’t see where the 10million dollars is. The ceilings are drab. No gold anywhere. Windows look cheap. The black gate by the infinity pool ruins the infinity part of the view. Where was the 10million? I didn’t even see 5mil in this home. This place looked like an apartment lobby.
South lake is a great place that not too many know about. Moved from Highland Park to South lake and I’m shocked at how many ppl in south lake used to live in Highland Park
We’ll, the fact that this home is still on the market probably tells a story. Its very well build and has an awesome view. As far as the price, highland and southlake offer amazing homes for less than this. That’s for certain.

Good question! I’m still trying to figure that out. Usually a buyer can bring around 10-20% to the closing table and finance the rest.

I guess they see it as a wash since we don’t have state income tax. Yeah, it really stinks!
@@boldbrownie ......there are other states, like Florida, with no state income tax.....much less property tax....also.....housing prices are going up.....which means even higher property taxes in the future...Texas Buyers....BEWARE

It’s kind of strange Albert that no one that lives in Cedar Hill could even come close to affording something like that. And anyone that has that kind of money wouldn’t want to live in Cedar Hill they would want to live in Preston Hollow where people live dignified lives away from drugs and thugs. That is the future home of an athlete which will go broke sooner or later trying to maintain such a senseless residence .
This is the lakeridge area of cedar hill. The good thing is there are many charter schools to choose from. Home prices there have been climbing like crazy!!! Preston Hollow is definitely more prestigious.
You are so true. This has to be a home of a former local high school athlete who wanted to make himself feel grounded. Outside of athletes, no one would want to spend over $500K in the southern part of DFW. Local charter schools can’t even compare to the HPISD or the prestigious private academies of north Dallas.

The average tax range in my area of DFW is 2.66%.
Very nice. But in Texas, You can find better for less. The POOL is incredible though.

I think it’s well built! My only concern is with the soil erosion beside the beautiful million-dollar pool. It would be wise to build a heavily founded steal and concrete barrier between the pool and the very obvious eroding soil. It’s definitely a deterrent for me. And I got have 7-car garage - well I guess it’s 7 when you count the RV garage. Apart from that, the mansion is my taste! Well done Mate.
You’re completely right about erosion especially in that particular area. Knowing that going in, the builder built it with steal and has steel pillars in the foundation. That’s probably the most impressive detail I’m aware off.

This house has been on the market since 2017or 2018 I believe. The price has jumped up and down. I drove out to look at it didn’t get a chance to go in but the home is beautiful on the outside. I just wonder why it’s been on the market for so long?
Well, it is a bit tough considering the homes just outside the gate are 550k at most. It was actually completed in 2019. Super nice inside. I think if it had a pool it would have flown by now. There has been at least three others in that circle that sold recently so hopefully it sells soon.
