Humble, sweet, and wise. This is inspirartional. Thank you for doing this marvelous work in Jesus' name.

I love this

I'm from South Africa. Thank you
I pray for my unsaved family members by name. This gives me hope.
Important. Thank you
Why do you think that movement with the students stopped? That’s heartbreaking.
Awesome words! We have to think more about these issues!
I’ve always appreciated when David Watson said you can plant a church and not have disciples, but if you make disciples you have a church.
Teaser?
In Denmark some years ago there came a philipian young women to our little church. She had been attending another bigger church with mostly philipians. Her mother and sister also went to that church. They did "the sinners prayer" in that church, when suddenly she was convicted by the hypocrochy in that, so she came to real faith, and she left her church to join ours, and gat baptized for the second time on our church. Unfortunately, it is very common in Denmark for one to regard one's infant baptism as a valid baptism and not to be baptized as an adult.
I know that I am responding 6 months after this discussion Nik, but I want to thank you for your wise New Covenant words. You and Ruth really encourage us in Australia with extremely useful examples and words of New Covenant grace and truth. God bless you all.
It just occurred to me that this ministry is a book I am currently reading. I noticed the book on the shelf "The insanity of God" Im reading it in danish; my mother language. Wauw! And I didnt even look for it - this video just popped up on my feed. I love Gods ways. May He bless you with courage and wisdom. I love the story about Bubbas song. His reaction took me by surprice. Whatever became of him, I wonder.

Can he do a show on any interactions with medicine men and demonic interactions?
Thank you
THank you, N.R. I've just finished "Insanity of God" and am so blessed hearing more from you.
Jesus is a wonderful storyteller 😊
This seems like a good summary of people turning to Jesus. I like all the details. "Stay in God's story. You have no idea of the ways God can use you." Amen. So be it; the will of God.
Amen🙏🏾🙌🏾👆🏾
I saw Mr Ripken at GMHC years ago share this and it changed me so much! I read the books insanity of God and insanity it Obedience and when the Holy Spirit started to prompt me to do things and ppl would say - god would not ask you to do that, or that’s dangerous, or you have to have boundaries- I often remembered this! I’ve had a wild ride with the Holy Spirit and many miricles walking in radical obedience that give Him glory ! I pray to also share the testimonies for the lord soon. Walking in the Spirit daily I have now many “the one” stories locally and globally. I thank and honor Nik and His wife and often wished to be able to connect or spend time sharing a meal with them. Thank you Mr. Nik for all you do and your ministry! I learn so much from you! I pray for a spouse and partnership like you have!
Hello from South Africa! ❤🙏❤️
Thank you! So many words of wisdom about self-care and mutual care and family care and team care! Practical and at times provocative! Especially interested to hear how our sisters and brothers and their kids (mostly from UPGs and "low resource countries") with minimal "resources" for member care stay the course and stay healthy and effective (in the context of and in addition to the reality of doing "martyr care" with them and their surviving loved ones) --a group of these people can be called "naked mission workers" in the sense that they have so little "covering"--few resources (by "high resource country" standards--such resources that we can take for granted are seen as total luxuries) and no church to send and or support them etc yet they are faithful--Thank you!
Very timely, thank you Ruth!

Doesn't your position Nik, allow evil doers to run rampant? Are you ok with the murder of civilians in the US? What about the sexual abuse of children? Where does the bible say that a nation is supposed to warehouse convicted criminals? What do you believe would be the godly response to October 7th--have a team of evangelists take tracts into the Gaza tunnels? There is such a think as a just war, and Israel tragically has been forced into one. Do you not know how many times a two state solution has been attempted? Do you know that the total annihilation of Israel is in the Hamas Charter?
Thank you so much. When Nik speaks, I listen. God bless you.
Really appreciate the wisdom, knowledge and experience of Nik Ripken. He is definitely a needed prophet to our Christian culture in the USA at this time. I was just reading this morning in Luke about " To whom much is given much is required." There is much more required of us, but it's not just obedience that the church needs. We need a true revelation and relationship with Jesus, not a social/country club "Christian" existence. I was fascinated with the comments about sending the persecuted converts back to their families. My first thought: "Easy for you to say!" 🙂 I've watched several video testimonies of some Chinese wives in the PRC who endure beatings in Jesus' name as they pray for their spouses in tears. Perhaps we don't pray much here because we don't have that desperate lifeline to our Savior in this country? I was also wondering if Nik would expound on his teaching in light of Jesus' words about Him coming to divide families against each other, and those telling the man to follow Him now and let "the dead bury the dead" regarding this person wanting to stay home until his father died. And I wonder about sending converts back knowing they'll be mercy killed, or their families will disown them to the streets anyway. There must be something to be said about each believer being led by the Holy Spirit regarding their familial situation? Even Jesus' family moved out of harm's way to Egypt for a time. I really resonate with not doing baptisms until one can articulate their testimony (i.e. HAVE a testimony). I was 16 and at that point probably just wanted to "change teams" in denominations for one that really read, believed and lived for Jesus. My testimony has come in the subsequent 50 years living out those words and developing a relationship with Jesus. I do know others who have shared what you said about Cornelius' family probably having children in it. I currently live in a religious environment where the kids are expected to be baptized at 8 years old. What a shame, but it does keep the church numbers up and keeps the pressure on them to continue the religious beliefs of parents, rather than a relationship with God Himself. Those converted from this religion say that any contention will only end possible inroads into sharing further. It's a hands-off/pray-on-knees approach for now, but we're always looking for ways to shine more truth in the darkness and hand out the real Key to the Kingdom of God.
Great job putting yhis together.
There are actually more Christians in Hamas than in Israel. The truth is that the fields are ripe for the harvest....All in the Middle East Need Jesus; especially Israel. Praying that the Lord of the Harvest will send workers there.
Dispensational theology has helped create this warped two pronged salvation message. There is no special route for Israel to find salvation during the phony 7 year tribulation model.
Amen! Vengeance is mine says the Lord. “ Love your enemies “ is our Standard. Forgive us Lord , we pray for our humble submission to You. In Jesus Name.
Nik I was asking Jesus Christ for right prospective on this issue and you gave the biblical response from the New Testament NOT the Old Testament. Lord May your Ekklesia come to the knowledge of grace and mercy for all nations and bring them to the altar of salvation by the blood 🩸 of the lamb 🐑 our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ mighty name amen 🙏🏽 ❣️🙋🏽♀️
Thank you for sharing this important issue from your perspective. You are one of the few that I've heard who have mentioned the Christians in Israel and that the church needs to focus on loving and reaching both Jews and Palestinians. ❤
Isaiah 2:1-5 supports the premise of this message that the focus of the church should be on carrying the gospel to the ends of the earth, longing for the day that "he will settle disputes for many nations. They will beat their swords into plowshares." A new covenant has been established by the blood of Jesus. Love your enemies, bless those that curse you, do good to those that hate you. Pray for those who despitefully use you and persecute you.
"Whoever lives by the sword will die by the sword." -- Jesus
Yes Yes Yes... I dealt and will keep dealing with the topic on my show... Great perspective brother.
So much to learn from the persecuted church but properly handling the Word of truth does not mean we put ourselves in this story and dare to suggest that the Magi could or should have done anything different. Led by the star, following by faith, seeking their King and worshipping him. Jeremiah 31 prophesied the martyrdom. They were not in the least bit foolish. God led them and protected them coming and going. Isaiah 60 is also fulfilled in part. They went to the capitol of the Jews to find the king of the Jews. Wicked king Herod could not stop the King of kings. These martyrs accomplished every last detail of God's plan for their lives and their story lives on and is told again and again. Some live to 100 and never tell one person about Jesus let alone die for him, to bring him more glory. Jeremiah prophecies not only the weeping but the end of the weeping and the reward to follow.
We are mIssionaries serving in Liberia. Your book and testimonies and messages are very encouraging to us, serving in West Africa. Your experiences are so inspiring yet so different from working where the gospel can be freely shared but the poverty is staggering and the dependency syndrome is so deeply entrenched. I have been sharing some of your testimonies as they apply to what we are studying in our daily devotions. God's blessings!
Thanks Nik for these convicting and motivating reflections. 'How is the church teaching us to do the work of an evangelist?' Very true. We need this training to be prominent as we ask the Lord to send out more labourers into His harvest field!
Thank you Dr. Nik!
I can’t find the book the greatest stories of the Bible
Ruth thank you for sharing your morning pray time with the Lord. I've made it a habit to wake real early and start my Bible Devotions and listen to GH15 with Dutch Sheets; than I move on to praying for my family but that's when distractions start to occur. But I love the idea of taking a day for each family member, I think I can really get deep in praying for each one . Wow you guys model our Lord Jesus Christ in a real organic and pure way, no fluff and your authenticity comes thru when you share your love for the Lord and the body of Christ!! PS: I read your book Nick and it changed me to see the persecuted church in a more real way and to pray for them. Bless you folks for your beautiful hearts:) Miriam from Fredericksburg, 🥰Virginia
Thanks for this Nik, a christian man from the Netherlands!
