1st week of the Uramawashi Geri Year challenge
During the whole year 2025 inspired by the quote:
“It takes a hundred times to remember the moves, a thousand times to make them beautiful, and ten thousand times to grasp their essence” by Shaolin martial quote
The present challenge consists on a daily basis adding 1 kick per day during the whole 365 days. By the end of the year a total of 66795 Uramawashi Geri kicks Will be done.
Every week a new video will be uploaded showing the progress of the challenge.
