I cut weight on 1900 cal/day while doing gym 5 times a week and martial arts 3 times. did that for 3 months, woke up dizzy, was sick/with a inflammation for 2 months, now idk how long it will take to get back😮.
where can i get this slide?
Hi there.. thank you for the video.. ive also had a finger PIP joint injury around 7 years ago, where i hit my middle finger on a basketball.. but unfortunately, since then my finger PIP joint has become thickened and the swelling did never go away completely away.. i also do have some mild chronic instability at my joint.. but i do not have any pain and movement restrictions.. is it actually normal that finger joints can remain permanently thickened and swollen after a trauma?
This was an excellent talk, thank you! I would love a follow up to discuss specific dietary recommendations for different pathologies, ie: concussion, REDS, stress fracture, etc.
Very detailed! Great lecture.
I'm a victim of a hit and run. The lesion was aspirated. 14 years later I still have a large deformity and a empty capsule.
Thanks for taking the time to prepare this. Very helpful😊
Clear and useful class!
Thanks
I recommend to you all youtube.com/@druyi9875 herbal cure remediess❤❤
Dr Lavallee’s intro was longer than the other lectures 😊
I came here with the hope to learn more about the industry and practice as someone who is interested in further education towards a career in the field. I understand that the field is relatively less established to others, but this video really didn't give me much insight. Are there any videos/resources you would recommend to me? I have spoken with department heads at various schools so far
I am 4th year general medicine student and just want to say thank you for your work. It is really helpfull and educational.Keep with the videos
I was diagnosed w/TOS several years ago. Dr at the time suggested I have my first rib removed. I declined. Because I’ve left it untreated for so long I’m Now Finding it’s increasingly difficult to relieve the intense numbness and pain in my hands, palms & arms. Effects my sleep waking me 4-5 times a night because the numbness is so intense and my daily life. It’s hard to use your hands when they are so numb and hurt so bad from the numbness. It’s my entire hand on both sides, my palms. When I first wake up it’s REAL bad, I used to be able to move around & the symptoms would subside some. Now I just can’t get it to subside no matter what I do. I can’t use my hands normally after waking up and for a large part of the morning. Have to stop whatever I’m doing because I’m unable to hold, grab to do much due to the pain & numbness

very interesting
I've never used a muenster cast for scaphoid fracture. I've always used a thumb spica. Interesting suggestion.
I have a 15 cm x 3 cm x 1.5 cm morel lavalee lesion, confirmed on MRI, on my right hip from a mountain bike crash on July 6. I'm in the greater Boston area and I am STILL trying to find a Dr who treats this. Any ideas? Its unbelievable in the city with the greatest teaching hospitals NO ONE treats them.
🎉❤❤

I love Sports medicine💖
I have a really bad case of this. It was 1000 ml when first drained. What can be done? Sclerotherapy dosent seem to do the trick.
Lots of useful info. Many thanks!
Great review, thank you.
I've been dealing with this pain for 3 years. Does anyone know where I can access this treatment? I live in Mississippi.
Best video online. Great job!
feel free to use me as a case study, injured my neck severely 9 years ago in wrestling, years of PT, thousands of $ on massages and cannabis, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, etc. I was told about a scalenectomy 4 years ago by weili cornell but they acted as if it was some sketchy experimental surgery and didnt tell me about NTOS etc. well 4 years later i now have DDD in my c5-c7, and my nerve pain down right arm and into scapula has worsened in addition to redeveloping scoliosis. I had a recent emg and it was revealed i have compressed nerve in c6 and doctor was confident in NTOS and im getting chest MRI on 27th, this is worse than anything ive ever endured in a life of sports and I truly pray everyone suffering from this gets their healing in Jesus' name
Please doctor i live in CT if you have any surgeon recommendations let me know
heres what wrestling from 6th-12th grade (took 7th/8th grade off, wrestled year round from sophmore year on) left me with, torn labrum, torn miniscus, three degenerating discs, intervertebral bone spurs, foraminal narrowing, NTOS, and fibromyalgia, if your kids wrestle DO NOT LET THEM CUT WEIGHT, its terrible for your body and growth and makes injuries 1000x easier, God bless
sorry to spam, but for the record, I wrestled 4 matches and went 3-1 after this injury before injury defaulting out of states, it was dumb but had to do it for my team
Great video to explain the scope of an ATC as a physician extender and the benefits of adding us to your practice!
As a radiographer, the images of the thoracic spine are not what anyone qualified would take. Look up thoracic spine in any text book or tutor video in the developed world and you will find that thoracic spine radiographs are not AP and lateral Chest. That is 3 times the radiation for less image contrast and resolution. The lateral thoracic spine is always done with a breathing technique. The swimmers view is poorly collimated as well as the lateral lumbar spine. You will normalise bad radiographic practice and high radiation doses by using extremely poor examples of what you are demonstrating. Here is my example of lowest possible dose thoracic spine technique. th-cam.com/video/KWf6rFOFlI4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=jxhTpOgP44WeE10S
Thank you, you made understanding the tool simple.
I’m a sports fellow with four children so seeing you with 5 (going on 6!) children is inspiring
Once a pseudocapsule forms, is surgery the only solution? For Morel Lavallee lesions around quad and knee area.

This is a great academic lecture, and I listened to the whole lecture and learned many points. I need to state for all the fellows listening - Clinically, there is minimal need for ultrasound diagnosis in a real clinical practice in the diagnosis and treatment of mallet finger (boney of soft tissue). I work in a high volume ortho practice, and I see mallet fingers every month. I want to be sure that fellows understand the difference between academic practice and clinical practice. Reallistically, this should be an AMSSM lecture (fellows need to know more about the clinical presentation and treatment of mallet fingers) but I will say I really enjoyed the thought process and I appreciate the work and amazing ultrasound imaging in this lecture! I appreciate that you are out there advancing the field of ultrasound. Please don't take this as criticism to your work. You are doing things that I can not do, and that is in part why I listen to AMSSM podcasts. It is amazing, and I learned a lot - I'm just giving my feedback on a fellow lecture vs. an attending's perspective. Great lecture, I very much enjoyed it!

I have a pain in my calf muscle and my ultrasound report is (There is fluid deep to the medial gastrocnemius with a tear in the deep muscle also seen as a disruption in the contour and echogenicity of the muscle fiber.) Can it be completely cured with medicine or not?
Excellent presentation thanks for sharing
Thank you! :)

On my first breakout, I was scared to death. I thought it was bed bug bites... until I saw a doctor, but I googled and read a lot and realized the painful part is the blisters. Excellent presentation!
Great lecture! Thank you.
Hi. Took the test yesterday and felt the review books, qbanks, and these videos (+ clinical experience) were no match for the allotted questions.
Two hour commute to testing site-thank you for your time and targeted review.
Thank you! I have found it very useful. Especially pes anserine tendons scanning.
3 yes old, but a very detailed and informative video. Especially the baxters nerve. I have a portable US machine, almost impossible to pick up.
Superb
Best knee ligament presentation. Period.
