They have to take over your flag first. Taking over a flag takes 24h. When the time is over (24h) they have everything (there is no need for them to place a new flag). You have to protect your flag with all cost. Best practice is to check your base and your flag every day and see if anyone is taking over your flag. Usually if you can build within your base area it is ok. The flag topic is large and there are a lot of tricks to mitigate the risks. If you have any questions feel free to ask and will gladly help. Hey :) Sorry for late reply. :) I have found the plant in 3 different locations, and those locations were about 2-4 meters away one from another. What you have missed in the video was about 15minutes of me searching the plant in exact that area I was pointing in the video, cause I was going left and right sweeping the entire area in a radius of 6m the most. The area is not so big but you have to pay attention cause the plant does blend in with the environment pretty good. Hope you found the plant :) Wish you all the best and happy gaming! :)

Hey JRK :) I can start by pointing you towards this series of mine th-cam.com/video/koPQ0uVusp0/w-d-xo.html Then I can say that the best locations to build where you can have plenty of space is either on top of water or at the airfield. On top of water is kind of tricky, at least when I built it, cause trees were not respawning and there were not so many building structures to play with. Now should be easier cause trees respawn and you can choose different structures to play with. You can get inspired from the series above by swiping through the videos. Now at the airfield will be another challenge, and that is (at least as far as I can remember) you can only get there by playing the story mode. I might be mistaking, but when I reached that place was possible only in story mode. Last but not the least, choose a place that has water nearby (case there will be seasons in game, like dry season and rainy season and you will need water for building such a big thing :D ), then take into consideration food and resources (basically if you have trees you can mostly build anything), and the most important, try building it on a co-op/ multiplayer server. This way you will be able to invite friends into you city, sell them a room/ a house, make it fun :) Hope this helps, and when it is done, let me know so I can have a look at you mighty build :) Wish you all the best and happy gaming bud :)

Hello again :) To answer your question, I must know what are you looking from a game. In my perspective the game keeps you on your toes :) It is a good game, good improvements upon the first iteration which was called The Forest. You mostly explore and get creative when it comes to base building. With some team mates you can CO-OP and get through the storyline and lore. As a personal opinion I do like the first edition of the game The Forest, more than this one, altho it is an oooold game :) Both of them Sons Of The Forest and The Forest do not let your expectations down. Hey jeremylanier :) Thank you for your feedback, and I am glad you at least got some answers :) As far as my experience goes, I can say that what you try to do will be hard without knowing your lockpicking level as a player, not as a character. I have studied lockpicking mechanics in detail for a long time, and I did found out some info that guided me towards a better picking. I can share some things about what you try to achieve: 1, Preparing for lockpicking is usually best to have a backpack half with screwdrivers, and half bundled lockpicks. If you can fir some gloves that will work, if not you can take a piece of clothing and fill it with gloves. 2. The amount I am talking is usually when you have team mates, and the risk of loosing all is kind of low, and also the screwdrivers to be the small ones. Now depending on your lockpicking skill, you will need more and better screwdrivers and lockpicks, or the basic ones. 3. When practice lockpicking, make a review of your performance. Eg, Lockpicking Gold Lock - how many tries does it take for you on an avg to open it, using different lockpicks and screwdrivers. By doing this you will know how much equipment you need in your backpacks, for at least 1 door with 3 gpld locks This amount should be in one backpack. 4. When you finish the resources in one backpack, go for another. It is the best way to minimize the loss of resources, restart your mindset after fails when coming back with a new batch of resources. 5, If you want to have a chest with resources and using only a backpack to fill up, then set a specific number of each item you take each time. Eg. 25 big screwdrivers, 10 pairs of gloves, 20 lockpick bundles. Using multiple backpacks if more convenient cause you swap them right away, instead of loosing time and getting frustrated with the server lag. 6, Try organize your gear (weapons, ammo, bandages etc.) in such a way that the backpack is always empty (this would be a general rule of thumb regardless if raiding or not). As a final thought we were having chests designated for lockpicking items, and for raiding explosives. Each raid we did, we were dividing those resources depending on the complexity of the raid (eg, Big raids/ Small raids). This way we were always prepared for any situation right away. There is so much more depth when it comes to lockpicking and raiding, that I could not cover it all in here, but in terms of storage management I do have a video where I talk about how what and where to p[ace items in chests and backpacks. th-cam.com/video/OiBnVdD5oNQ/w-d-xo.html Hope this helps :) Wish you all the best and hope to see you on the channel in the future. You might want to check your windows preferences, cause when searching in search bar is set to auto search on web rather than executing run commands. If the %appdata% (and press Enter) does not work, see the following path C:\Users\Eduard\AppData\Local. While writing down this comment I ran into the same thing you ran into and opened the browser, but what I did different this time, was instead of writing down all the words I had a suggestion from windows that was the same and I pressed right arrow to auto fill the missing letters and pressed enter and indeed opened the browser. Now try to write everything down without autofill and see if it works. Let me know if you need more help. Take care and happy gaming! :)

You might want to test it in single player first, and in multiple locations like the church, hangars and bigger placed where you can fit the width of the rug through the door. Hey bud :) U do agree that it can be hard, but I do suggest to choose the servers that you play on (if you play multiplayer) accordingly to your expectation :) By this I mean that if you play on a low loot server, or hardcore, the loot is scarce, A vanilla server is harder to find nowadays, official servers are kind of wild west no rules and no admins. On the other side I can suggest some of the servers that have a good balance in everything: SCUM-Map Gang Gold Rush and District 13. Now you can also try Noob Land or other easier servers, but as I mentioned, try to read about the server and then start investing time into it if you think it is worth it :) I do hope that this helps a bit more :) A good place where you can find all servers info and more than that is scum-map.com. I want to play default ATM as i am new and believe that's the way it should be played with balance being done by devs, not to knock custom rules, the mechs are a PITA, but custom stuff i feel may have too many die hards and not enough "balance" between skill levels... At some point i intend to have a couple games on the go at once, a default and a custom, but steep learning curve and so much to work out makes that too much right now... Glad that I could help at least a bit :) what I would suggest is that the easiest way to learn the game in a quick way is to find a team to join on a multiplayer server. They will help you out discover the basics much more easier and see the best practices. I do think that on any SCUM server if you join their discoed server there is a channel called "looking for team/ group" where people are recruiting for their squads. Some of them do recruit new comers to the game, some of them prefer more experienced player. For sure you can add your skills to any squad and take it from there. If you do not have too much time to play on a regular basis, you can ofc play in SP or look for a squad that casually plays the game, once a week or so. Wish you all the best and happy gaming :)

Hey bradjf, sorry to hear that. As far as i know the timer is in seconds, and might have a cap. I would suggest playing withcustom maps/ areas/ layers and make the settings for each in admin settings in game. You can also try leaving the timer at -1 (minus 1) so it does not draw any info from that variable. Let me know if worked and i!ll try help further if not 🙂 Take care and happy gaming! 🙂

Hey johnny 🙂 you go next to the river, open the backpack and drag and drop the half coconut in the river, then take the coconut half while backpack open (grab with mouse) and drag it where you need it. You can craft a bidon, and you can fill it with river water same way but now when you drag it in the river you will see a circle. Drop it on top of the circle and the bidon will fill with water and get automatically back in your backpack. Take note that if the water is too shallow (like next to the drug lab) you cannot fill them. I think i do have some videos on this topic in Green Hell tutorials.
