The last time I went to the store for a PC game and bought one was last month.

The last time I ever bought physical was for ps3 and I will never ever buy physical again when I can store all my games from any gaming platform onto a portable external ssd.

My only physical PC game is Dead Space 2 and Left 4 Dead 2, I still have that flip 2010 calendar that came with my L4D2 copy.

I'm Pittsburgh, PA (USA) and frequently listened to Canadian AM stations at night as a kid in the 1970s. Radio was better then as the stations sounded different. By this I mean a "Top-40" station from Ontario would have a different "playlist" than one in Pennsylvania! Got to hear different tunes!

I Loved building my own AM crystal radios since I was a kid, these simple gadgets uses no plugin or battery power except only from the AM signals themselves from a 50 foot or longer wire antenna and opposite ground connection and a high impedance piezo earphone. I could pick up countless distant stations at night and still enjoy using a crystal radio today,

My grandfather's 1988 Dodge had a radio with AM Stereo.

From my place in Near Northern Ontario, I picked up Radio Havana on a cheap clock radio.

Very nice video. I cant believe I listed to a furry explain parts of AM radio to me for nearly 5 minutes while I should be studying for final exams. Radio does interest me and i definitly want to get a ham radio licance after i am done with school, to be legally able to use the vacuum tubes i've collected over the past 2 years.

Steam works fine and that's good enough. I can play many of my games offline, and I don't need to carry a bunch of cds around with my laptop.

I will not name studios in particular, but a big part of marketing indicates that the lack of "working physical releases" is directly correlated to the age of "target demographics" .... or in simpler terms, a person playing a AAA right now wont care about game replayability on 30+ years (or wont even be alive) 🙃

I totally agree with you man, its frustrating how physical pc games is basically dead now. And I just started collecting PC games too. Right now, I'm already planning on getting a printer to make my own physical copies even if they're just for show or backup discs lol it is very pointless but I don't mind it. Great video.

That is exactly how I feel about it as well. Frustrates me to know in. And so in fact, what I'm trying to find out all the box games that I can and along with. What were some of the last games. To have a disc in them? I came across one. It wasn't released with a disc in North America, but in Europe they had the disks and the game came out and 2016. I was pretty surprised about that. Up until today. The newest games that I could find. Were around 2014. I also know a little bit about GOG. But it wasn't until today that I read that. You could copy the game on there to a flash drive. So that made me wonder. What couldn't you? Even burn the game on a disc? If that's possible. I thought about doing that for Cyberpunk 2077, might not be. Official but it's a whole lot closer than just having a digital code. Great video, by the way, thank you very much.

We had vector video, now we don't have vector video. Technology has degraded. Vector video files could be so small, IDK why nobody came up with a new standard. Anime could store a lot of its data as vector video, a hybrid vector-raster format would be ideal for anime.

A small shi,tty camera is better than a big expensive camera on a feature phone. Nobody uses MMS.

Normal people have discipline. They can just choose to not use Facebook. You don't have to limit your phone just to use less Facebook. Feature phones were great because they were controlled with bottoms. They were small. Battery lasted long. Software didn't brick in 2 years. The reason they were great wasn't that they didn't have Facebook.

It wouldn't cost shit to put the game on a USB stick and sell it. I have recently been screwed out of 5 games by Rockstar because I forgot their precious login. I jumped through hoops trying to get them to let go of the games I paid for. I sent them receipts proving purchase. I sent them my steam account information via screenshot. At the end of the whole 3 days of back and forth they flipped the middle bird at me. I am still highly upset at them. I will never give them another dime.
