No you don't need to create 100 salary structures. You can manage it only with one salary structure. you should use input rules for deductions and you should handle allowances by using python formula in salary rules. I will prepare a video for you in coming days.

(In case of company that provide construction services sometimes client provide different things like diesel or petrol on site and make deduction while sending payment to my company....) Now while registering payment i have to charge this to COGS ( diesel account separate and other than diesel separate account) . For that I'm required to register difference in two multiple accounts.

There follwong possible solution could be for your problem: 1. Define and finalize accounting journals those you want to keep. 2. Unpost all the entries . 3. Reassign the correct journals, you can use the import feature of odoo to change in bulk. 4. Repost the entries 5. archive the extra or non useable journals.
