Yeah I think one of the biggest things for beginners is to just relax. And what is cool is that the natural motion is actually the best motion when it comes to the effectiveness of the form. When you tense up and you don't have your form down. The disk Will not behave correctly. Hes right, our body is the machine that disk just reacts to it.
