Hey guys, thanks for these videos really great content
This is Martin Skereli food
Thank you guys for having me on your podcast! This has been the most business-focused podcast I've been on so far, and it was a lot of fun discussing with you both! I hope people take away valuable insights from it!
He basically said I care about everything except integrity!
The overwhelming majority of tech recruiters are a joke. They have limited understanding of software development and when you ask detailed questions they have no answer. They create shitty job description posts that lack any meaningful information and throw out several keywords they've heard. The good information they have often gets hidden until they get your CV and can give you a call. Not to mention how many companies and recruiters don't post the salary range, that's an absolute joke if you post job ads without a salary, you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. The above isn't all recruiters, but just like applicants who try to get their information out to many places to give a higher chance of a job offer, some recruiters do the same.

In essence, stay in your lane. Just like sales associates who want to talk down to you, the shopper - while they are serving you.
