A trick: you can watch series at flixzone. I've been using it for watching a lot of movies during the lockdown.
@Kalel Keegan yup, been watching on Flixzone for years myself =)
hello Might teach you how to make the animation that you use in your video solidworks thanks
WHERE CAN YOU GET THE KIT OR PLANS AND A PARTS LIST THANK YOU RICHARD WESTERFIELD
Hello Andre, Thank you for your excellent design. I built the machine as in your drawings, the only modification is that I bolted all the pieces together. I did not want to risk warping since I am not a good welder. The machine is working great and have been using it a lot. Best regards. John Minasian
NICE!
best design ever!good job
Hey, where you get the linear bearings and stuff cad files from?
great video, newest "standard" for assembly, fool proof just missing full assembly running. Kudos for you
Gracias.
AI AMIGO O SKETCHUP É UM DOS MELHORES E MAIS UTILIZADOS. www.sketchup.com/pt-BR ESPERO TER-LHE AJUDADO!
What is the software that was used?
nice but for the Z-axis your sliding blocks are too close to each other, which will compromise your precision, since the closer they are the more likely play will occur. I'd go for longer rails and spread sliding blocks apart.
Sensacional!
EXCELENTE!!!!
The best!!! can you give me the palns ?? alex.voronkov(at)mail.ru
go to this site cncdrawings, here you find everything
I like the presentation, I am building one from the excellent drawing provided by Andrew. Thank you for a job, well done.
can you give us the palns ?????????????
Of course it's SW, 2010 or newer. I'd love to see a FEM simulation on that CNC machine, though... ;)
Tremendous job! Some questions: 1) Why is the cable important? wouldn't the frame be held square due to being secured to the table? 2) Using a rotating ball screw to drive the nut is typical. Would a stationary screw and rotating nut work? With the benefit of eliminating whip, therefore allowing a smaller diameter, hence, cheaper screw assembly?
Fantastic animation and very informative. Shows exactly how to put the machine together. Thanks.
Very impressive. Thanks for sharing.
NICE, thanks. did you use inventor?
Thank you , can you upload igs files on grabcad.com :)
THANK YOU! :)
truly useful video
So, how well did it preform?
Goooooooooood
thank you
Comrad, can would you send a documentation of the measures of this animation and the materials used? I am with plan built a cnc it´s same this video, modify only the area working for 1830x1500x150 (XYZ). I have little resources financials for invest in a professional cnc. it seem that the structural of your cnc router uses cheap materials, that´s interesting. best regards from Brazil.
