I make content with the goal of providing as much information to you regarding youth soccer, youth development and youth coaching. The United States has so much potential, but we have to do right by the kids. As well as I believe one the greatest assets to an individual is value potential. In today’s day and age I have learned there are two ways to get there.
Either spend your time (could be hours, days, weeks, months or years) or pay and learn from someone who has already the desired skill and absorb that knowledge in potentially minutes. I wish this type of content was available when I was a young kid. It would have changed my life forever.
The grind is long and tough, but with passion and desire, you or me can overcome anything.
Keep grinding,
Kyle
I also make content to make money - just - on a longer timeline than most.

    I always keep my kids rotated around, including Golie. If you played gk first half, you get to pick your position for the start of 2nd half. I'll do the same for whoever is going into goal for 2nd half.

    Forgot to mention that clubs will have coaches with 3-4 teams per year and constantly combine training sessions to make it work with their schedule. Also, clubs will put a ton of teams on one field to cut field rental cost.

    This is crazy. Why not local leagues with less traveling and expenses?. In Spain when I was a kid, I developed skills from 8 to 12. Then we play against other schools. If you were good you played with local clubs... and so forth. Now I see kids playing 7 a side with half the pitch and this helps to develop the technique.

    For girls only, when you look at the clubs that the girls on the roster played for, 75% or so are ECNL. That’s true even for mid and lower tier colleges. Definitely a cash cow, but it seems colleges are believing the ECNL marketing as well.

  • @majicfx2069
    @majicfx2069 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Yes they are a cash cow but the reason I love tournaments is psychological development, it teaches them about wins and losses and how to play under pressure. Plus it’s great memories for the kids and families.

    Before my son played academy/travel soccer, I coached his rec team. I would not allow the kids to press against goal kicks. I made them wait at half way line. My logic was it’s better to let the kids play out and win possession in the middle of the field. This left room behind to play wide and actually score good goals that require passing. Thoughts?

      That may be in the case in NOVA. It used to be when I was a young player at the time with NCSL and ODSL. However, in FL alone there is 22+ competitive soccer leagues and promotion/relegation doesn’t exist.

  • @fate8718
    @fate8718 หลายเดือนก่อน

    The Promo reli shouldnt matter in making world class players as front offices can make cuts as they see fit therefore the players themselves will still be filtered Even talking abt that is such a bad faith argument and ignores the concept of a franchise(tho ig we talkin abt a sport made in a country that reps the sponsor as their main logo rather than the club logo on they damn jersies) However the main issue Is this isnt Sport #1 Sport #2 Hell even 3 or 4 Its Sport #5 that mfs wanna try to get into So that takes any talent we did habe and throw it down a drain Like why not play actual Football instead of running 90 minutes of Cardio Why not go into Basketball where you will be considered greater than you eber should be instead of sit in a net Hell on the sit in a net goal why not sit in a smaller net in a sport you can punch your opponent in? Or if you want something difficult? Baseball is definatly harder than soccer to score in So in short the talent is being filtered through a minimum of 4 seperate feeds first Unlike in South America or Europe where they have nothing else This is shown explicitly in the Olympics because when everyone has talent filters America has triple the medals of the entire world Combined
