Sir kindly check the current direction in neutral wire you explained. This is confusing me. Current should be outgoing in neutral. But you made it incoming as well as outgoing.

also purchased this Asus tuf a15 in October 2020 from Amazon sell after 1 month it went shutdown service centre replaced the mother board then again today after 18 month and no or minimal use its motherboard got short now again I will have to get the motherboard change. what Asus is building don't know for every issue they have to change the motherboard.
