Utopia Must Fall: amazing Steam game
Utopia Must Fall is a nightmare from an alternate future where the military might of a city is controlled via a vector display, and that city is besieged by remorseless aliens who will amass in strength until the city is destroyed. The 80s Atari game Missile Command caused its creator (Dave Theurer) to have nightmares about nuclear destruction. This game is those nightmares updated.

why couldn’t manufacturer id go in caravan table as foreign key
If you link tblCaravan directly to tblManufacturer, it becomes impossible to place tblModel anywhere sensible. If you linked tblModel to tblCaravan ONLY, then Caravans would be Models, and Manufacturers wouldn't be involved in making them. If you linked tblModel to tblManufacturer ONLY, Caravans wouldn't be Models. Finally, you could link tblCaravan to tblManufacturer, tbl Caravan to tblModel, and tblModel to tblManufacturer... that's just overcomplicated. The fact is that the exam paper Scenario (see 1:29) explicitly tells us that "Each manufacturer builds its own models. Each caravan is a model." This means that Manufacturer links to Model links to Caravan, giving us the structure you see at 15:48 (which is the official examboard correct answer). tblSale -> tblCaravan, because we need to record the sales of the caravans. Then tblCaravan -> tblModel -> tblManufacturer because the exam paper Scenario told us to do that, and also it makes the most sense when you think about it. Caravans are models, and models are manufactured. The manufacturer makes 100 of a model, and then sells those 100 caravans.
