Ah, I miss 2-stroke bikes! I don't think there is anything other than really tiny mopeds still in production. Apparently a 250cc Bike travelling to work is a massive pollution risk, but a 5 Litre Jaguar stuck in a traffic jam with a single MP in the back isn't. Go Figure.
