The seat height is adjustable. I use it lowered to maximum, but it can be raised higher in steps. I haven't measured but I will check at the next game session. I estimate that in the lowest position the seat is about 30 cm from the floor. Anyway, it's very comfortable and you don't sweat. In addition, it has a gear shifter support.
