Hi! You might not have "Full Width" turned on in your page, could you check the three dots in the top right hand corner? There should be option for full width!

Thanks for watching! Recall mainly works with TH-cam videos or links from the web. If your audio file is in TH-cam format it should work well, but I don't think it has the capability to analyze your audio file without a transcription! It seems to work with non english sources when I tested it out for example in Japanese, but I'm not 100% sure as I mainly use it in English!

@theorganizednotebook how about non-web texts? sorry i must've watched several videos today about various ais and i can't recall which does what, i just remember this one seemed really promising :)

If it is a gallery view database it should open each page in that gallery into a database page! Hope this helps!

I also love Notion but the lack of being able to write with a stylus is definitely a downside, especially if you're looking to use it as a fully functional note taking/journal app. I think it does really well for managing day to day projects & creating systems! Hopefully, Notion adds this in at some point! In the meantime, I would also recommend goodnotes as the UI looks a lot better than one note!

Thanks for watching! Creating links manually are useful if you don't always have the resource coming from your browser, sometimes you might want to store your own notes or ideas. Backlinks allow you to look through your connections which make it useful if you're looking to expand on certain topics. Questions can be created manually or through AI. The manual questions you would write yourself, and the AI questions are generated based on the resource stored. Tags can make it easier to find information! Hope this helps!

I'm glad to hear it is useful! In this example, you have to untick it after the month is over as it is meant as a way to automatically populate your calendar without using the recurring feature. Unfortunately this is a Notion limitation! Another option if you want to keep track of paid subscriptions, you can use the recurring tasks feature, but you won't see the item show up until it is the day its due every month!

For this particular template it is built separately so you can have overview calendar items on one side, and day by day weekly lists on the left! If you want you can also link the weekly to do list into your calendar entry!

Hi! If you have lots of small projects in a big projects, you can add an additional big projects database. Right now there are only two databases tasks & projects. You'll just need to add one more and do the same as between the original tasks & projects. Hope this makes sense!

I was just about to build something on Notion, but if I have to be online, it no longer works for my needs. Kinda shocked. What a bummer. I thought it would be something MORE powerful than Google sheets, but it actually looks like a dumbed down version of a spreadsheet after all.😢

Notion has hinted it is actively working on offline mode so hopefully this is something that gets added in soon!

Hi! Thank you for watching, if you'd like to add a back button, you can add a button and have it open the url of the main page in full page view! Regarding the side bar menu on all pages, I would recommend using something called a synced block. If you use this block type you can paste it in anywhere and the contents are always the same inside! Hope this helps!

Hi, the main page layout is done not through the database page. You can edit any page by clicking the icon slot or cover photo slot! Hope this helps!
