Great idea with the washing up liquid. I make hand soap and laundry detergent using diluted Castile soap. I follow a recipe online. It’s very diluted which I felt it was too thin at first but it’s great. You’re right, we don’t need it so concentrated.

Hi, new subbie! Great video! Poor Teddy; my Harley wasn't bothered by fireworks or thunder until she hit 6 yo, now she gets so traumatised that I have to cuddle her all night listening to dog calming music on YT. We are still getting the odd set of fireworks going off, even tonight and the other night someone was setting them off at 2am. Love your challenges xx

I got mine from whittards - as another option. It was like a little hamper, was delivered in a beautiful box. I couldn't justify more than that either. £100 is a lot to spend. £50 got tea coffee hot choc instant tea (dreamtime) and biscuits

I’m loving this Christmas videos, I love all your videos ❤ I’ve managed to get most of peoples presents done I’ve just got my husband mark to finish off but it’s hard with him as he is with me all the time as he has serious health issues he can’t be left. Next month I will get all the food shopping done nearer the time as we have 3 supermarket, greengrocers, butchers & B&M in walking distance from my house and 15 minutes in the car with have a big Tesco, Asda, M&S and Home Bargains on a big complex so I’m spoiled for choice xxx❤

I'm definitely going to go 'old Skool' this year when it comes to presents! A stocking then want need wear and read.

It’s cool that you’re making the animal food. We feed raw food and we buy it ready made from a raw feed shop. I’d love to make it but I’m not consistent enough. Did you know that a cat needs a heart a week because they can’t make their own taurine? I really like making as much as possible as it helps to control the expenses. Good on you ❤

we usually have dippy eggs for breakfast and christmas dinner christmas day and then boxing day we have all the leftovers with mash!! can't beat it 🤍

Great video Emily! As a disabled person I always make sure I have a good stock cupboard so if I couldn’t get out I would always have plenty to eat. If I had to I could survive for at least a month! ❤

I'm 47 and in full menopause 😢 I didn't expect it to be this bad my mental health is so bad atm,I'm a firm believer in stocking up on stuff think I've 6 mths worth of clothes washing liquid,plus other stuff 😂

Id do Fortnum and Masons... choose the items you like,plus there stuff is gorgeous...im biased though as I do the same at Christmas... especially for novelty biscuits...love them at Christmas and Halloween

Hi Emily 👋 loved your video as always 💜 aww poor Teddy 🐾😢 not liking the fireworks. Like you say i wonder if they have changed them, frequency wise, not good. My cat Ziggy wasn't too fazed by them, just the very loud bangs. They just seem to go on for weeks rather than days round my way. I've been very reflective too about next year and what i want to be doing. I love the sound of a log cabin in the middle of nowhere. I've been watching Big Brother 😊 enjoy your binge catch up 📺 looking forward to seeing your prepper haul video. Difficult decisions on your bougee bits, maybe fortnum and mason as it's a proper luxury once a year. Although M &S does sound great too! Sorry I'm not much help 😊😊 xx🫶🫂💜

Personally I'd go Fortnum and Mason over M&S but thats mostly because theres some items in the M&S hampers we wouldn't use/enjoy and we have noone to gift those items to. Hope you, Oscar and the fluffs have a lovely week and look forward to your next video 🧡

Loved the video as always❤ so sorry to hear about Teddy. I hope your kitty was ok with the fireworks. My cat spent the night curled up against me and only jumped a couple of times with very loud bangs. I really dont think fireworks should be sold to the general public. Like you say some prople are silly b*ggers. I personally would go to fortnam. & mason as it would be a once a year thing for me. Whereas marks and spencers you can go to anytime.
