Hadia's Lebanese Cuisine
Lebanon
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 25 ส.ค. 2014
Hadia's Lebanese Cuisine aims to introduce you to Lebanese, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and some international recipes that are accessible to home cooks that will cheer you and keep your loved ones amused. I was raised in a family where food was the source of togetherness. I grew up between my late grandmother who was an amazing cook and my mother who makes the best sweets on earth. With those two amazing women running through my blood, it makes sense to say that I inherited their love of cooking.
I believe that food can be soothing to the heart body and soul. I value the ritual of gathering with my family, friends and loved ones at the dinner table. I have entertained dinner guests with delightful food for the past 25 years and I always derived an intense satisfaction from it.

Bulgur Tomato Pilaf (Sayet), light and full of fibers completely vegan.Treat it as a main or a side.
Lebanese Bulgur Tomato Pilaf-a hearty and flavorsome bulgur pilaf made with tomatoes, onions and olive oil. The Lebanese Bulgur recipe is light and full of fibers completely vegan. Treat it as a main or a side.
A simple delicious meal by itself that can be equally good as a side dish to accompany grilled meat or chicken - it takes 30-35 minutes to be ready. The bulgur will soak out the tomatoes, developing a delicious tasty pilaf. Red hot pepper adds a delightful zing to the dish. I used fresh red Habaneros, but you can use fresh or powdered chilies as well. This is one of thoses dishes that tastes even better the second day.

Very good recipe! One question, you don’t salt at all the meat when boiling until it’s served on the rice?
@@riaddaher4521 you can add a bit of salt while boiling the meat, but don’t go heavy with salt
I disagree! It's WAY better, much more delicious with garlic
Your music is louder than your voice, I can't understand what you're saying
This can be made with only greek yogurt and olive oil?
@@88_88-v8k you can make it too with plain yogurt
Thanks. I had it at a Lebanese friends house last night. I hope my Lebanese daughter in law helps me to cook this lovely dish

@@Hadia983 thank you
Looks delicious..but in the video looks like you used coarse burghul?should we use fine or coarse burghul in the recipe or can we do half and half?thx
@ritabb9692 it is fine bulgur, maybe the lense of the camera is deceiving a bit so please use fine bulgur
@Hadia983 ok thanks so much

Fine bulgur.
Thank you for this. I have tried and failed to make Jibneh multiple times. Your recipe makes perfect sense. If possible, could you provide a weight for the 24 Heaping Tablespoons of milk cream powder. Also 24 tablespoons is 1 1/2 cups. Could I just use a heaping 1 1/2 cup measure? Thank you again.

What temperature is the oven?
Put you pizza stone in the oven on the the highest setting for 40 minutes, so it’s screaming hot by the time you gently transfer the dough in. That ultra-hot environment is what gets you the kind of crust you would only expect from a bakery.

Thank you, it is a homemade style shawarma.
@@Hadia983 it's something completely different. I've never seen a recipe like yours before. You should just give it a new name. Also, try putting the tray of meat under the broiler in your oven to give it a nice sear. It'll give it a nice color and added layers of flavor.
