The Scientist's music video being played in reverse makes the title fit a lot more than it should. I'm sure everyone's had that one moment in life they could take back. I've been lucky to have those moments be smaller and far and few between. But, there's one thing I'd do anything to change. That'd be losing my connections with a few of my friends over the years. I mean, sure, the first one I really lost was under dumb circumstances, but I could have mended it. I wish was able help my lifelong friend with his drug problems when they first started (I'm still in highschool and he dropped out). His parents are kinda just giving him weed, beer, maybe cigarettes, I don't even want to think about him doing anything worse. It feels kinda futile even wanting to help him change when I can't even go outside to visit any other friends over summer myself. I feel that over time my friend groups will start fading away as I grow more distant (though it's purely my own fault, I can't seem to want to get out there). To be frank, he's not dead or anything, but with my dad being a long time drinker and smoker, I fear for anyone starting out these addictions. Because like them, my dad's probably going to have an unfair, early death. Idk, sorry for pouring my heart out, okay? Summer's always get very bland and upsetting and stuffs..
