Ik a Lil bit of tt and I often visit the nearest high school to teach them , but the kids are struggling to learn forehand drive and backhand drive any tips for them?
Yay
Glad to see you're doing the camp again! It was a lot of fun in 2024!

Hello, could I use this technique with short pips, please? Tank you
Your arm is going a bit too much to the side , or? Shouldn't it be more forward?
When you make comments like this, it would be good if you could post your own backhand. The player is a professional, there are many ways to hit table tennis balls, it makes little sense to bring theory to an issue with many reasonable high level solutions. Many top players in multiball finish the exact same way.
@nextlvlng sorry, I think my comment came out the wrong way. I was genuinenly asking.
@@mihai8555 if you hit a powerful forehand, where does your racket usually end up? It tends to end up on the other side of your body though it made contact on one side of your body. Backhand is slightly different but not that different when played with quality.
@@mihai8555If you hit your forehands and finish to the other side of your body, you may have more impact, but you will lack in spin and consistency. People do it but it's more of a muscle memory and practice thing, so don't worry about this random guy. You can question the pros however you like. It's true that the backhand should have forward force but when he hits it, he is still brushing the back of the ball rather than the side. You can't really go forward even more without your elbow moving forward and away from your body which is unstable/less compact but also bad if your body is close to the table vs deep shots.
@K-ni3he Thanks, good point. I tend to watch too much the form of the stroke and neglect the most important - the contact point.
Long pips Sponge mm?
What to do if the ball isn't that high
Really great video! A lot of well-described technical points.
"Don't like pips" button here 👇🏼
More videos like this. ❤
Does this long pip have a sponge?
hope u can beat everyone to reach finals now u mastered the skill. prove the world.....
Thanks. Very interesting.
the backhand that china need to learn from. Nonsense header...
Thanks ❤
Which rubber do you use for this technique? It depends on the rubber and its thickness
Yang Xiaoxin uses Yinhe Qing, and Kim Kum Yong uses Victas Curl P1V. Considering Kim's technique is closer to an actual chop, you're going to see greater benefit from more sponge as that will lead to more spin and a greater magnitude in spin variation, which in turn will confuse the opponent. Any grippier long pimple with sponge > 0.5mm will likely suffice.
@@takkyu101 The north korea player uses Yinhe Super Kim!!
Thanks for sharing, Yang 😊
@@takkyu101 please list some pips with the characteristics you described as i dont know much and have tight budget. Thanks in advance.
@@ongvarua If your budget is really tight, you can try Yinhe Qing or RITC 755.
Swipe technique ?
Are you still participating in WTT events? Haven’t seen you recently. Thanks for coaching on long pips.
great advice! Thank you very much. The wall should be darker to make sure to see the ball better
Thank you verv much! My pips game is not very dangerous for the opponent. Maybe you have some advice / video for more dangerous balls?
Thanks. Hope to see more about bh long pips.
please get rid of the background music its useless and makes it hard to understand what you are saying , or concentrate on what u are saying plz plz plz
Golden tips
When you say when you're late to the ball, it looks like you're still making contact at the top of the bounce. Is that right or does this work when the ball is on it's way down from the arc too?
Great explanation!
How can I get coaching lessons from him?
can you please also do a video on pushing with long pips?
I am more impressed by that simple (in looks) but impressive push 😒. That stroke is much more useful at my level. The counter would take much practice for me to acquire the competence and confidence to use regularly.
yeah i'm focusing on that too... push off the bound...
you can’t use this in real match because most of the time you are not near the table, unless you are using pimples 🎉
looks like a very high risk shot
Great tips! Will try this with my next training!
Thanks.
The team is much improved without me and Ariel
My problem is opening up with turning the hips and arm back at the same time. Often times I am too late especially playing against someone faster than me.
Then the stroke before that probably was too long. Main acceleration comes from the wrist and underarm. The rest can be skipped if your out of position or lacking time. But without under arm acceleration, it's hard to land a spinny ball.
Excellent video.
Paint your walls in dark color. The ball is invisible against light background
Elbow down.....this is been the toughest thing for me to identify and start changing
watch how effortless the chinese players do this 🎉
Do you have the other matches from this team match?
OFC, you want it?
@@pongspace9577 yes both of them would be great!
Yes pls! All of them would be great haha
Robi your new Trick Flick Shot I think is a brilliant element of deception! The fact that it initially looks like an underspin return but transforms at the last moment into a fast, aggressive shot will definitely throw opponents off if one was to learn and perfect the shot.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
What is the coaches name?
He needs to hit forwards little more.
Thanks for explanation but black and red rubbers are serious and professional.
Excelente explicacion y el vídeo muy bueno tambien muestras todos ños angulos thanks you
Try it with topspin or no spin
Very poor edition :(
