The original error comes because a GPT disk cannot contain more than 4 partitions. So in the video one partition, the recovery partition, is removed first, and then you have only three left, and so you are allowed to make a fourth again. Now, in future when Windows encounters an error while booting, it will not automatically boot into recovery mode anymore because the recovery partition is not there. IF you want that unallocated space used (and not remove your recovery partition !) it is for most people better to ADD the unallocated space (the 5GB here) to the partition on the left of it, so the 4th partition will get 5GB larger. For that, select and right click the 4th partition in the graphics, and choose "Expand volume". Better do this after a fresh start of Windows Disk Management, specially when you have been clicking around in it with the errors popping up.
