Totally agree with EVERYTHING you say , front end is soo weak , drive shafts bend or pop out , shite shocks ,slow servo, loose screws . Spent more time repairing than running 😢

Im still new to the game.....only bout a year into it. I have several traxxas units ....and i have 2 arrma truck....one being a granite grom and a big rock 3s which i really like and feel arrma trucks are and affordable option compared to traxxas. But what are this "Nero" units and also what is "diff brain"? Sorry for the questions but like i mentioned im new to the hobby and trying to learn

Can someone tell me why my X Maxx makes a clicking noise when I full throttle it it pops a wheelie can makes a clicking noise and then hesitates to take off when I drive it there is no clicking noise only when I full throttle it it pops a wheelie and then it makes a clicking noise and hesitates to go

That bolt goes In the middle of the skidplate where you have a different screw in 😂

Its ok bro.. This is just how traxxas make many of there rcs.. I have the blazer. I have lower the body as far i can get it to for a better lcg, tug the bumpers all the way in for better aproach agle and trim the body so the tires dont rub on the body no more. I did the bumper reversed mount mod also for clearance as well. The end. ✌️

Welp, looks like there are 2 of us out there that did this job the same way. I was rebuilding a used xmaxx and needed to do more than just repack the center diff, but ended up going about it the same way. I have a CEN Reeper that is a massive pain to get to the front and rear diffs, so i wasn't too worried as i went along.

Did you use the stock pins for rpm??

Front and back body mounts need to be moved up one notch, front bumper frame bracket rotated and bumper moved forward. Rear bumper the unscrew plastic bumper from bracket and rotate bracket 180 degrees reinstall bumper to bracket . Do opposite. For blazer to bronco

AR320358 in stock at horizon hobby. The rears are labeled out of stock but doesnt say the new shipment and says not available but not discontinued so idk

Redcat has great crawlers at a great price and is a fantastic place to start as it could be painful to the wallet to go Traxxas right out of the gait and not having the enthusiasm you thought you would for RC crawlers. I think new people can't go wrong with starting with Redcat and if you like the hobby and find yourself spending a lot of time at it, get Traxxas next. Element has awesome crawlers close to price of the Everest and Axiel is a great competitor to Traxxas. In the end I tell people to start with not the Everest but another Redcat rockcrawler called the Danchee Ridgerock. The Danchee Ridge Rock is very impressive at a VERY low price (currenty on Amazon at $115) and includes everything you need (even batterie) to get started in the hobby. Thank me later.

Nice, I also have a 72 Chevelle. You could have drilled a new hole in the correct position, its not as simple to drill Stainless but its not impossible.

That's some heavy oil, wow. I run stock(10k front, 20mill center, 30krear..I've tried heavier but you loose to much steering
