I pay my rent at Huntington of Kemah on thev3rd of the month when I get my Social Security check. April 3, 2024 was on a Sunday. I went to the office on Monday morning and found them closed. On the third trip it was open so I paid my rent. I was given a NOTICE OF EVICTION. She said don't worry about it bc about 20 people got it. I have never been late paying my rent and I have worried and lost sleep over it. Is this legal?
