Anyone else have a hard time seeing the safe spot for the air attack? I’m colorblind and I feel like that might be the issue

I don't get how to dodge the attack he does right after he charges through the center of the arena. Is my timing just off? It looked like I cleanly dodge as far as I can get out of the point of impact but I still get oneshotted through 7k mana. I also have 30% movement speed, so I'd assume that should be enough for it? Any pointers would be welcome.

We decided to go crazy and went 3 man in - blind. This fight is stupid, I can't believe they made him 1 try only at first. Nobody tested this. Your phase of circles of safety and explosions comes on slowly, us 3 spreading around couldn't find a single safe spot. So first 2 tries we all died to insta boom, even me with blink couldn't get to safe spot. We won on the 3rd attempt, because I switched to cast on shock, and we managed to damage him so fast..that phase never came.

This fight is difficult on console because of the auto lock targeting with controller. A few times I was unable to dodge OHKO mechanics because I would auto target boss when using charged staff for maneuverability for example. Ended up paying someone from chat 1div to help dps the boss and skip mechanics.

I still don't understand how that beam + circle works in phase 2. Seems like there's no time to enter the circle after beam ends.

attempted the boss blindly, died immediately, watched this, mostly forgot things but i burst the boss down to zero HP and had to go through a few dash bomb phases and then he dropped dead, similar to how lillith works in diablo 4

Had someone carry me the boss for the first time. You can't expect me to go in blind with only one attempt after grinding hours and hours for keys.

When I tried this boss there were never a window to enter the exploding balls' ring without taking damage from the beam like there were in this video. Am I just unlucky or have they changed that?

Thanks. I couldn’t reach the safe zones quickly enough in phase 1, but after a few attempts, I did enough early damage to the boss to skip that phase. Made it easier, for sure.

I just went in, my game crashed and I lost more than 3 divine orbs for the fragments because of that. And I don't get it back. Thanks POE2.

dude, this is awesome. First time I fought him, I killed him before any of the mechanics kicked in, so when I fought him the second time I had no idea how to actually fight him, lol. Stupid firestorms. Got it now, thanks!

Died 4 times, had 2 attempts left, watched this video, and immediately killed him the next attempt. I will state that I didn't see most of the mechanics (level 92 Infernalist Witch with heavy Arsonist damage) but the dash bombs and the initial storm where you stay between the blue lines were what was killing me previously. Thank you for the video and help! ^_^

Frustrating game. This game is better to watch on twitch or youtube and not actually play it. lol It's a big failure when it comes to atract new players but i guess it has its own playerbase that actually like it. All the hype for nothing only the streamers and the existed playerbase find it appealing. Moving on!

I died on my first attempt against this boss, my reaction are too slow and didnt catch up with firestorm. And sometimes the gap spawns way too far and have no enough time to run there.

Imo you need blink. Died 3 times without blink, finished in my first try with blink

attack at 3:11 is bugged if the boss is chilled, on my ice strike monk the boss does the circle explosion while the ray is still going on, overlapping both mechanics, making it impossible to do for now unless you get lucky and he doesn't do that particular pattern

struggling on warrior with moving from circle to circle. I'm just not reaching some of the circles in time if they are spread far out. Got 25% movement on my boots but warrior is just so slow

first try = insta death, my luck is now we have on lowest mode 6 tries. Got him from second try .. how ... just nuke him and left with like 2% hp and in second faze he grab hes sword, and when the battle stard some 1-2-3 more hit and I kill him :))

Finally got the copper citadel piece thanks to the update, died twice to oneshots but got it easily in the 3rd try so thank you for this video going over his abilities

I tried this fight on a higher difficulty today... that "Flamestorm skill" where you have to stand in that one line is breaking me. It is like the cast time of this skill got halved or even less lol I cant even start walking and already drop dead on the floor... it looks like it is slow motion in your video compared to what I saw today ^^

Seriously the bomb + laser is literally impossible for me to do.... I've killed him like 4 times simply due to having insane dmg, but at tier 4 no matter what I do I cannot for the life of me get into the bomb after he beams... like either I'm too early and the beam kills me or I die the milisecond the beam is over... what the fuck...

anyone knows how much damage the fire bomb does ? so is that 40 000-50 000 fire damage ? somebody tested hits with 90% res ?
