I just need to do better leisure activities; things that bring me even more joy. My phone does not bring me as much joy as DK64 or Banjo-Tooie, for instance. I also want (need) to clean my bedroom; I also want to become tougher (body). And wake up earlier, but nap in the middle of the day when I need to.

Yes, just roll the canvas the opposite direction of how it was rolled up in the box, to get the curl out of it. Poured glue canvases are so good about being able to do that. Enjoy working on your project! Happy New Year!

Hi Ky, thank you so much for sharing this amazing unboxing video of one of our kits! There are actually two different yellow shades of glow in the dark drills 🤗 Ashley is so adorable a big shoutout to her as well ! If you want to make the canvas lay flat, it is best to roll it backwards as long as there are not yet drills on it ! And make sure not just to roll the edges but the whole canvas (this also works with regular paper ;) ) have a lovely start into 2025

I’m a slow reader too. Started a book on my breaks at work, finally just brought the book home, hope to get at it one day soon and finish it up. I used to read so much years ago, when still in school, it was my refuge on the school bus and so many other things.

Pink dotted lines are there to indicate where the perforation is in the plastic, in case you wanted to tear along those dotted lines, to take off the plastic. I’ve not worked on a canvas yet with those perforations, but I don’t think I will be using them.

I really like the ocean scenes in diamond paintings too. My aquarium is currently idol, I’ve not had it running for a few years now, but I’ve had it since I was a teenager, and have had it running at different times (29 gallon). Maybe someday again.

Good job! I haven’t been able to diamond paint for about three weeks now, I have a pinched nerve in my neck. I go for my first physical therapy today so I’m hoping that will help.

I follow Kiss My Krafts on TH-cam, she is into different things, crochet, diamond painting, but also coloring. About a year or so ago, I know she had a video talking about different coloring mediums and books, I don’t know if that would help you out or not, you would just have to look through her list of videos.

It’s so hard to fit in everything that one loves to do.

What is your very favorite diamond painting picture to do? People? Animals? Scenery? Flowers? Etc.

I understand your situation, grief, depression, lots of things, can lead to weight gain. I lost my mom almost eight years ago, and I think I’ve gotten out of control since then. I also know my pet as well, won’t last forever, and dreading when that day comes. I need to quit drinking soda and eat better, maybe more salads and such, with a little protein mixed in. We can have hopeful goals, right? Have a good day!

I understand what you’re saying about the change in Christmas spirit. Both my parents have passed, the last being my mom, that was really into Christmas. This Christmas will be the 7th one without her, and I lost all desire for Christmas after that. I still love going around looking at the Christmas lights on houses, and I even hang Christmas diamond paintings that I’ve done, and I don’t have issues working on Christmas diamond paintings, but I don’t put up any other decorations and not much use in gift giving, on my end. Hopefully you will get a little bit of desire back in you and you can work on your Christmas diamond painting.
