It's crazy how much money we spend on unnecessary things once you sit down and break your expenses down. Once you make getting a car your primary goal, you'll have it sooner than you think. When my 2021 was stock, I ran my cousins 2020…and pretty much the same results as you.. whoever got that slight jump came out on top…cars are dead even…except his exhaust sounded better

Assuming the test is completely under control(dam near impossible) meaning that the cars have the same tires and other things that would add weight(high performance tire and cooling pack, power trunk etc) the 2021 should be slightly faster thanks to the electric motor from its mild hybrid. But since it is so small, no one would notice. It should also be noted that M340i(s) 2025+ will definitely be faster, those cars have the B58TU2, the new mild hybrid system is noticeably beefier off the line, and in a straight line. Another noticeable thing this new system has, is that the electric motor is running between gears, so you will have constant torque, even when you're in the middle of shifting.(source @thestraightpipes 2025 M440i review "2025 BMW M440i Review - MORE Power!" Skip to 0:20 for launch and 1:32 for their explanation in their video ) BTW if your ever thinking about tuning your car, @kern417 is a goldmine of info for the B58.

On comfort it’s pretty good, on sport/sport plus it’s a little stiffer

Seems identical to me! You also have a passenger. I wouldn't be surprised if the 2021+ is actually better on the pickup thanks to the hybrid setup.
He had a passenger as well but I think he wasn’t in manuel so his shifts were perfect 😭

I’ve only had it for 2 months so I can’t really give you any information about reliabilities 😂 as of now the car has been 100% no issues. I’ve heard this platform is really reliable so I’m hoping that what I’m hearing is true 🤞🏼

Quick tips 1. Never buy a used one from nj or ny 2. Buy a certified bmw 3. Put as little money down as possible 4. Have at least 2 year of credit history 5. A co-signer to facilitate things and cheaper insurance 6. Never buy from another dealer other than BMW 7. Take your time when you’re test driving it 8. Test drive it like you would on a daily basis 9. Be willing to walk away and don’t bring people who are just way too busy and who’s gonna rush into getting the car 10. Don’t buy a used car that’s been leased
This is actually very informative, even more than my video 😭 the only thing I don’t agree with personally is number 3 and 5. I don’t like depending on anyone else so having a co-signer was not something I even thought about.
@@jaeGlitchy when I bought a car I was approved by myself but then the insurance was gonna be like 4 bands for 6 months and with a co-signer on the loan I was able to put it under his name for way cheaper, plus he wanted to build more credit, so ig it was a win win! But yh
