Reiki Self-Treatment - 5 Minute Version
This Reiki video demonstrates a short self-treatment that can be done in around 5 minutes. Each position lasts about thirty seconds, but the same positions can be held for longer so that 10, 20 or even 30 minute sessions can be achieved.

Walking by the River Trent from Newton Solney towards Repton, I stopped at a small stoney beach and shared some feelings about being near flowing water. Later that day, I caught my first glimpse of a Kingfisher.

Returing to Grange Wood after a long break I was delighted to see how the trees had matured, but a little taken aback by the appearance of "private land" signs. Sitting near the Means and Sence Noon Column, I revisited memories and, using mindfulness skills, came to terms with my own feelings about finding private land that was previously open to the public.
