1. Huh, I didn't know that trick with the bee enemy, I'll have to start doing that. I hate those things! 2. You're gonna do a Megaman review and not know what the Yellow Devil is called!? 3. just some advice to not do your recording in one take. if you have to say the same line several times till you get it clear and right and then just edit out the mistakes. will make it much easier for people to listen to your reviews. I would also suggest when you can, invest in getting a better mic. it will make all the difference in the world!

Diassapointged you didn't go for the White Toad House in 1-4. I realize the extra p-wing is likely superfluous to your play through, but I invariably always do it as my standard Mario 3 flaunt. Like, if people are watching me play, that's my go to to demonstrate that I know what the hell I'm doing.

I always played through world 2 as a kid before warping. Somewhere in world 2, don't remember at this point maybe after beating the boss, I would get the cloud. I would use the p-wing on the world 8 air ship and the cloud on world 8 fortress

Nice little review. I was kind of hoping that you were going to show that updated rom of metroid where somebody changes out the graphics, that's a fancy title screen and a little map.

Sorry bud but not a deathless run. Reason why it doesn't count as deathless is because when you died at 18:55 you still would have had control over bill until 18:58 when the victory sound plays after beating a boss. When Speedrunners of Contra beat a level they press the up button on their controller so bills weapon is pointing up and when they lose control over bill when the victory sound plays then bill will point his weapon to the right, Speedrunners do this so they can accurately input splits for each level and you died before a split would have been inputted. Your gameplay + tips: Jungle was fine, Base 1&2 you don't have to take out all the guns for certain rooms because your making yourself more vulnerable by moving around more than you need to, for example the last room of the base levels you only need to destroy the gun on the right then position yourself slightly left of the core and the other two guns can't touch you, Waterfall you can reveal the gun above you before crossing the bridge then shoot the B so it's positioned next to that gun that way you'll have more invincibility time to move up the Waterfall and also you were wasting invincibility time shooting enemies that didn't need to be destroyed so you should have just focused on moving up quickly, In Snowfield you should never stop shooting because of the amount of trolls that appear on screen and you can destroy the tanks easier if you stand right next to them and mash, for Energy Zone you can jump over the vertical firebar where the B is without dying and you can avoid the boss projectiles if you duck right in front of the boss, In Hanger for the boss you should just run, right jump twice and mash your way up to the boss core and ignore the guns below you and Alien's lair is the same thing just run up to the boss jump twice whilst mashing and it will go down easy. In general I think you were not mashing fast enough and playing a little too conservatively at times which made things harder than it should be but you are good enough to beat the game deathless in your next run. How many hours did it take to learn the perfect placement fof the character for boss kills? PC or NES play?

I would really like to see an "NES Legend of Zelda" (on just 3 lives) finish video. My older brother and I did this in under 3 hours back in 1991, and we were imortal!

First, great job on the review. Now, here's an update from me, the old man who was there when the game actually released. The actual street date of Batman on NES in the US was February 1990. That's when it appeared on shelves for the first time, I worked in a toy store and I vividly recall the day the shipment of Batman NES games arrived for the first time. I was waiting months for that game to show up.

The instruction manual had names for all the bosses. Level 1: Killer Moth. Level 2: Machine Intelligence System. Level 3: The Electrocutioner. Level 4: Dual-Container Alarm. Level 5: Firebug, Joker. Edit: fun fact, the instruction manual also has some pretty funny comments about the boss attacks. The electrocutioner for example creates electric beams that are "10 mega-giga volts", and Firebug's fireballs are 600 MILLION degrees celsius, so basically 33x hotter than the sun's core. I imagine that the entire cathedral (atmosphere included) would be vaporized under those conditions.

I played this game a lot when it came out. I remember me and my brothers taking turns to play it.
