Nice sunny song. It was first offered to Cliff Richard for the Eurovision song contest, in early '68. Then Elvis for the opening to his '68 film. Slightly different from the released take seems to have a prominent trumpet or ist keyboard. Cliff's version is nice too.

One of my favorite songs...I asked it to be played for my wife when we were in Hawaii. She's gone now, and when I hear this song, I think of her and my heart breaks again.

Elvis Presley war der grösste Sänger u. Solokünstler denn es je gab. Vor ca. 7 oder 8 Monaten habe ich von ihm das Lied "Hurt" gehört. Seine einzigartige Stimme war grossartig, u.seine Lieder sind so wunderschön und abwechslungsreich dass ich fast jeden Tag Lieder von ihm höre. Meiner Meinung war er mind.50 Jahre mit seiner künstlerischen Begabung vorraus. Und ich habe so viel über Elvis gelesen, er war so ein herzensguter Mensch. ❤Elvis forever, ich liebe dich Elvis, denn du hast uns viel Freude mit deinen Liedern bereitet, da kann nur die Sonne strahlen.
