Great potential young man, I use the same 18i20 preamps. Maybe you should put your drum away from the wall, I feel uncomfortable for you to have the right elbow so close to the wall. I think you could put the snare and floor tom higher for you. The sound is stereo? The problem when I put the volume higher is the sound. Your hi-hats sound louder on the left headphone, but my eyes see those hi-hats on the right... You play the very high ride on the left of the screen, but I'm hearing it on the right side of my headphones. Obviously, the panning does sound in reverse, just like someone taking a reverse selfie picture with the writting inverse. Just put the sound of the hi-hats at right and the sound of your ride on the left side... I don't know if you are panning 100% left/right your overheads, if not, well you should. The floor tom should sound a little bit more on the left side. Only the snare and bass drum should be 100% center, but in your case, the tom1 is also 100% center.
