How do you reserve this?
Don't throw away that water...put it in a spray bottle and use it on your face and hair. Of course, it will grow a smell after a few days because, of the fermentation process, but still good for your beauty.

Pointless.......Turmeric has to be taken with something that has a fat content, like milk, to activate it's health giving constituents. ..... Teaspoon of the powder in a pint of milk. Give it a shake.Good to go.

Wow, I watched it twice on my phone. It doesn’t say how many oranges. It doesn’t say how many lemons and actually doesn’t say much of anything. It just said she’s thrown it all together. He’s thrown it all together. I think this video needs a little help like done over again, and where was the black pepper? I didn’t see it from Hawaii.😮
Maybe watch it a few more times? It clearly says it at 0:10 2 oranges, 2 lemons. 1:45 is the black pepper.
This recipe is awesome! I halved all ingredients and it still worked wonderfully. I tried a savory version with grated halloumi and mint, baked at 170 degree celcius for 20 mins, and ended up with warm breakfast muffins that were sooo soft and yummy. Thank you!

This is so easy to cook and straight forward. I won't add so many extra spucies thiugh. Beans just need lots of onions ans it is delicious. God bless you for showing us the recipe.

Just like rice and beans. Hope I can substitute beans for lentils
Add sweet potatoes and finish with spinach for maximum potassium. Lentils are high in potassium.

This is a normal procedure that we do in Indonesia, rice is our main food, we even wash the rice several times until the water becomes clear. Wee add oil to the rice, but not necessary to add salt. You can check diabetes data in my country for the results 😊 Worst...
Turmeric will stain the blender or juicer. Add Turmeric powder in glass or stainless steel mixing bowl
