What is the reason for given the extra hols in eavaporator side I meen copper pipe top and bottom,( fins holes)
Every home should have one. Every building. We waste so much energy. Warm stale air exhaust heats up cold fresh air intake in winter, and vice versa is summer. Its the way birds dont freeze when they breathe super cold air at high altitude. All with the blood vessels close so heat is transferred. We lose that precious cold or hot , and just expel it. then burn coal and spend $$$ extra heating and cooling.
So it's going to take a lot of effort on our part to make it more efficient.
@@sinoak i hope 3d simulation can give you most efficient design with best flow paths/ joints / mating of surfaces. i guess what is ideal? MOST amount of thermal transfer pet unit of air /liquid, with: 1) least amount of material used 2) smallest dimension / compact) 3) Corrosion resistant / long lasting 4) design that easy to produce / mass manufacture. 5) Cheap enough that you corner the market and everyone buys from you guys! and creates more demand and so on. GOOD LUCK! Its crazy, here in australia the median home in sydney is over $1.5million , and they basically cant afford to have double glazing (insulated) windows. So much $$ spent on air conditioning. in europe and other places its affordable, here so expensive no one bothers. Therres a market niche for you to walk into ! if you can sell double glzed windows here in austrlia for the price what euro or america pays. $$$ to you
