We went there around 2-3pm and waited less than 5mins. Right after we finished our food there, there was a long queue. It look like you need to wait around 30-40mins

Not very far away. If you are going to Tokyo Tower for example, it takes about 45mins. 35mins to Ginza and 35mins to Disneyland. I chose this place because it not too far away from Disneyland and it is very near the train station :)

There are 3 washing machine located in different levels. If I remember correctly, you need to pay with 500yen coin per use.

Yes! It's super convenient! Lawson is just right opposite the hotel and there are 2 x 7/11 within 300m walking distance :)

​@@enterprisejp The staff there is super helpful. I'm sure they will be able to help you store your luggage. Having that said, it will best if you can just dm them about it. I've been to 9hours and common shibuya, I have to say I will pick commun shibuya anytime!

Whether it is safe or not, I would like to say it is safe but always bring your important things with you as a caution :)
