Asking for 2.15m at Castro valley is crazy.
Actually, there have been sales of the same exact model in inferior condition higher than that in Castro Valley!

In Florida, a glass roof like that would turn the atrium into a very hot greenhouse.
Very. I think we have #3, but ours is more above the roof than that. Not sure the Unico is a newer design?? I hate the mini splits in theory, the roof one looks better but I always hate cutting into a roof

For me, it's the original atrium concept. That's what an atrium is meant to be. I can also appreciate the other atrium concepts. But I go with the original! Loved this video!

Too bad all the original wood was removed. Mid century modern is known for natural materials, not grey drywall.
If I were fortunate enough to live in an Eichler designed home I would leave the atrium exactly as intended, open to the elements. I can’t imagine enclosing such an important design feature.
