Easy Chicken Pot Pie with Puff Pastry | Single Serving, step by step recipe | Spork & Knife
This dish is ideal for tea-time gatherings, iftaar, and also as a meal as well.
It is so easy to make and delicious to eat.
Recipe:
- Cooking oil
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1 tbsp Ginger / Garlic paste
- 1/2 KG Boneless chicken cubes
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Mashed potatoes:
- 4-5 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 4-5 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Other items for filling:
- Grated carrots
- Chopped capsicum
- Olives
- Mozzarella Cheese
