I see a problem facing our society in world I'm Gen x. let's solve this problem let's get men and women interested in each other again. let's bring unity and marriage back to the relationships, And bring God back into the picture. I'd like to start ballroom dancing lessons in schools so people learn how to engage and talk face-to-face and how to socialize that is in a dignified way. this is not vulgar. and I'd like to have dancing dancing halls or dancing clubs near the big cities near Houston and Dallas maybe one right in the middle of the Texas triangle in the Carolinas and Florida all down south we're all the populations are moving. let's have West Coast swing competitions and Cha Cha competitions and hustle dancing. let's get moving and dancing and lose weight and get in better health and we'd have a better mental health dancing is fun and it's good in so many ways.

This is so true. I have learned the medical community caters more to men than women. I have to pay almost double for my hormones and cream than a man pays for Viagara. It is ridiculous. My insurance tells me it is not necessary for a woman to use hormones yet for men its almost mandatory if they are having ED to use Viagara. In this day and age you would think the medical community would realize how important it is to keep both parties happy and taken care of without paying through the nose. Just my observation. :)

Super inspirational. I'm sharing this with the amazing mamas in my Project Me 'Back to Me' programme. I too am often mistaken for someone who's got their life together and they look to me as a role model for how they can get their life together. All I can do is share what's worked for me and share the tools and resources I use to make my life flow with more ease and grace. I believe we are all the experts of ourselves and that there is no one-size-fits-all formula.. Thanks for giving so many women permission to be imperfect and to wake up every day and just do their best.

Wow. So true we are always trying to find an answer to our craziness, a way out of it. We (or I) sometimes think we need to find it outside of ourselves the peace or whatever we need. We go on this journey without realizing its all about kindness and quieting the nasty voice that makes us second guess ourselves. So my prayer for all you and of course myself is for us women to accept our own kindness.
