The New Chia Valensa's Perilla Seed Extract
In this video, Valensa's Dr. Rudi Moerck discusses how Perilla Seed Extract, a Superior & Balanced Source of Plant-Based Omega-3 that's Better than Chia and Flax, is "The New Chia".
Learn for this Omega-3 Expert how:
There is increasing evidence that supports the ability of ALA Omega-3 fatty acids to address cardiovascular health and other conditions related to chronic inflammation resulting from the overconsumption of Omega-6 rich oils in the diet.
Omega-3 fatty acids are known to aid in the absorption of Astaxanthin, and as such, improve its bioavailability.
Perilla is The Most Potent Plant-Based Omega-3
Valensa's Perilla Seed Oil Extract is made from select grade seeds of
the Perilla frutescens plant and manufactured using Valensa's proprietary Deep Extract® extraction process. It provides high quality ALA (alpha linolenic acid), which is recognized by the Institute of Medicine as being an essential part of the human diet.
With its desirable 6:1 Omega-3 to Omega-6 ratio (the highest naturally occurring seed-based ratio in ALA-rich botanicals), the ALA in this extract promotes down-regulation of inflammation while providing enhanced cardiovascular health benefits.

Even though regretting very much back in the 1980/90/00s as an IT Teacher and then an IT Trainer to adults who very much promoted and taught people how to use the Internet (ie available porn to children) there is one overriding benefit and that is, all you medical experts are really talking b******s. As regarding the human body, you are really not much different from your counterparts in the Middle Ages who profess to understand the body using the theory of the four humors-blood, yellow bile, black bile, and phlegm-and their influence on the body and its emotions. Why am I so critical, because recent being prescribed sleep apnoea at 70 years old 5 months ago, I have been on a very strict diet, losing weight and getting fit. Study has led to only eating healthy foods, but I do like a class or two of alcohol, often whisky. So I have been looking at quite a lot of TH-cams such as yours where the person is like you, often a senior person of high of 'stated' medical qualifications, experience and guess what? YES! You all DISAGREE. I have not given URLs as often TH-cam will not allow it, but there are several TH-cams that say do NOT drink Vodka and cite similar reasons as yours. I have watched videos that say Whisky is the healthiest alcohol to drink and there is even one that states Dark Rum is the healthiest. Before the Internet we never had such noted professional holding such medical qualifications, who teach in Universities, are CEOs of large companies, work for worldwide health organizations. Now we do, and they ALL DIFFER. You don't have to a very educated or clever person to know that every one in the world knows the sun is usually yellow, water is wet and people eventually die of old age, these are all 'agreeable knowns' and accepted by every one thus making them undeniable facts. Thus, to hear such opinions as yours, I accept done with a strong desire to inform and help people, I hope you can see that so many 'noted' and qualified people (not just on which alcohol is the healthiest) all stating different viewpoints just proves none of you can be taken as being right. Q.E.D. Maybe as we increase our medical scientific knowledge we will be able to agree which alcohol is the healthiest, but that is NOT NOW. I do though agree about the amount we should drink per day, i.e. one or only two glasses is a wise thing to do. But I am going to stay with Whisky because I LIKE it :-)

but the reason Whiskey is dark is because of the oak barrels. Red wine is also aged in oak barrels. So why would red wine be good but whiskey be bad ? This doesn't make sense.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! I got fatty liver by combining alcohol n bad diet. I went to Asian / Sardinia diet with LESS LESS animal products n mostly raw fruits , veggies, nuts n grains . Sometimes meat once a week on sprees. etc....I also cut alcohol n refines foods . Fatty liver gone. MODERATE drinking in Sardinia isn't even enough to get buzzed on (mixed with food). Its also almost fresh grape juice in many cases. Studies funded by alcohol companies are to be avoided. The countries studied also avoid junk like soda n drink much water cl;ean
