That was powerful, just imagine if today Mushnick tried to use Bobby Eaton's death, Jim would just straight up hunt him down.
He's a very good false prophet.
Phil's a champion. Wake up to reality.
Cornette is the best!!!!
Mush was right after all
Who came here after his appearance on the Pierce Morgan show?
yep; corny shoulda been on that pier panel 💯
Well turned out Mushnick was proven right. A lot of delusional people brainwashed by McMahon.
Mushnick was proven right 🍄
Who's here after the Mr. McMahon netflix documentary
I can't believe this hack had the privilege of being on the Mr McMahon documentary when he hates wrestling fans
Imagine being Corny, and getting the nod to cut this promo. Free money!
Given the amount of profanity that Cornett has in his mouth, I’m surprised it wasn’t showing here lol
This weasel was on the Netflix doc
This weasel said wrestling fans don’t care if wrestlers die. You know, like we haven’t cared about Owen and Eddie decades after their deaths. What a vile human being
The the WWF sent Stone Cold that dumb care package with those fake autographs.
From a physical standpoint, he never should’ve came back as a wrestler and I’m sure deep down, Steve Austin knew it. Which is why he went to so many doctors to see if he can ever wrestle again. He was able to reinvent himself and became one of the greatest wrestlers of all time.
Yo i miss those old wwf/wwe drama instrumental... bring it back or something like at least i think they should
🍐🍏🍌
Pillman had a heart condition that he did not know about.
Holy shit Vince put over Austin so hard
Typical Jew (Mushnick) advocating for censorship
Phil Mushnik, even in 97 you had hack journalists
I bet corny did this in one take!!! 💯 🐐
one of the few Maori's who could laugh at himself and Maoridom, a genius at his best, R.I.P.
Much of his short life he was hated by the Maori Iwi, especially his own tribe, it was only around the time of his death that they 'claimed' him. He was a Kiwi's Kiwi, he deserved far better. I do appreciate that this video didn't hide those facts.
When kiwis were one, not this division shit
Respect for Cornette standing up for Wrestling & the wrestlers…
3:00 "im getting a little tired of ya" JR had only just started the interview 😂
There's been a lot of great talkers in the World of Wrestling, but, none better than Jim Cornette.
I wonder how many takes they had to do because i imagine Cornette had to drop more than a few F bombs.
“Well Lexis King is a friend of mine.”
Who's here after Corny reviewing Phil Mushnick's latest article about the Vince McMahon scandal?
Damn he mentioned wcw
I'm here from cornys latest pod 😂
Rest In Peace Pua Magasiva. Take care.
He was amazing ❤
That last line omg 🔥 and this is why im surprised Jim is a Democrat he stands against everything liberals stand for yet comsiders himself one 😅
"Otherwise I'll throw your ass out the winda" 😂😂😂
Listening to Vince talk through the music I half ass expected to hear the NBA on NBC theme afterwards. That's how good this was
Then why didn’t you beat Owens ass Austin? Because you couldn’t take Owen and you know it otherwise you would have. Did you pay someone to fck up his rigging when he was the Blazer?
"Owen Hart's got hell to pay. You know, when you do something... When you do what he did to me, if it's my last step in life, you can damn well bet he's gonna get the shit kicked out of him one way or the other and that's it you know. I don't know when, where, how or what, but it's gonna happen..." Well... That's slighty disturbing.
*"Well, Brian Pillman was a friend of mine..."* *"PHIL MUSHNICK!!"* R.I.P. The Pill
What’s funny is, he preaches against those rights now.
You only think that if you are a dipshit trumper.
Transcript (because this is too good of a statement not to have one): I’m Jim Cornette, and the views I’m about to express are my own, but as you’ll see, they may be yours too. There’s a man named Phil Mushnick, who writes columns for the _New York Post_ and for _TV Guide._ You probably never heard of Mr. Mushnick, but you should...‘cuz he’s had some pretty nasty things to say about you. You see, Phil Mushnick hates pro wrestling, and he’s not content just to change the channel. He dudn’t want you to be able to watch it either; not the WWF, WCW, ECW, nothin’! And for the past several years, Mushnick has led a one-man campaign to have the wrestling industry abolished. Recently, when Ted Turner donated one billion dollars to charity, Mr. Mushnick said the world would be better served if he closed up WCW. Phil Mushnick is the man who called for and spear-headed the media and publicity barrage over the federal indictment of Vince McMahon _and_ the WWF on steroid charges. And even though McMahon and the WWF were proven totally innocent in a federal courtroom, Mushnick _ignores_ that fact to this day, and writes his columns as if it were a fact they were proven guilty just so he can continue his one-man crusade. He even wrote a column one time about the Madison Square Garden Network firin’ Marv Albert, saying that the Garden should cancel wrestling matches too! But Phil Mushnick not only hates wrestling, he hates wrestling fans. Here’s a few things he’s had to say about you, and I quote: “If not for America’s lunatic fringe and the disaffected, WCW would be out of business.” “If you can tell me that you would bring an important child in your life to a pro wrestling match, I have no gripe with you, because you clearly don’t know right from wrong.” and, “The overwhelming majority of the wrestling fans who contact me simply prove my point, by flooding my mailbox with profanities, obscenities, and other acts that show them to be a disenfranchised sub-culture.” Well, Mr. Mushnick, I’m a wrestlin’ fan and a lot of the people who read the _New York Post_ and _TV Guide_ are wrestlin’ fans too, and we don’t enjoy bein’ insulted by publications we pay money to read! We don’t appreciate bein’ told we don’t know how to parent our childen! We don’t want a pompous, self-righteous man with a grudge sittin’ on top of Mt. Olympus, lookin’ down his nose at us and campaignin’ to take away the Constitutional rights that every American is guaranteed: to Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Choice, and the Freedom to enjoy whatever entertainment we choose! Those are _facts,_ Mr. Mushnick! Not rumors, not suppositions, but _facts!_ You oughta try to deal in ‘em sometime. And I think it’s time that the millions of people that you belittle as “subhuman” every chance you get tell the _New York Post_ and _TV Guide_ what _they_ think of ya! But if this has been goin’ on so long, why am I mad right now? Because recently Phil Mushnick used Brian Pillman’s death to call for another outcry against wrestling, and I quote once again: “The problem is, the mainstream media don’t look hard enough at pro wrestling. Imagine if middle-aged pro baseball players dropped dead on a regular basis, this would be Page One stuff, and a federal inquiry would be launched.” Well, Brian Pillman was a friend of mine. From the time he was born with throat cancer, he had the courage to undergo thirty-six different throat operations. He had the courage to withstand the punishment of pro football, and ten years as a pro wrestler. He had the courage to come back from a car wreck that shattered his ankle, and from a lot of other personal tragedies. And then one night he went to sleep in a hotel room, and he died. And for you, PHIL MUSHNICK, to use his death as an excuse for another call to action in your one-man vendetta against pro wrestling is more vulgar and more obscene than anything that you’ve _ever_ falsely accused the wrestling industry of being guilty of! So, on behalf of the wrestling fans, the wrestling industry, the friends and family of Brian Pillman, and anyone in this country today that denies any one man the right to force his morals and his beliefs on all of us and take away our Constitutional Rights...on behalf of those people, I say _GO TO HELL, PHIL MUSHNICK, AND TRY TO REFORM THINGS DOWN THERE!_ Because we’re doin’ just fine up here without chya! I’m Jim Cornette, and that’s my opinion.
Owen had to know how far austins head was down that it was gonna hurt him
I’ll throw you out the window!!! Dang Austin!!!!!
Shame on Mushnick for dragging the name of Brian Pillman through the mud.
Phil Mushnick deserved every bit of this promo.
Never liked Owen hart
I'd love to hear an uncensored version of this promo 😂😂😂😂
Muschnick was a liar and a fraud .
You can go to HELL Phil Mushnick, and reform things down there. Because were doing just fine without you. AMEN.
