Hello, thanks for these videos, but will you be uploading the models that are being built in the Butner estates? Specifically the Grayson and Westerly on a basement? I went and viewed the models with my realtor right before New Years and I’m going with either one of the two. But I would love to see video tours of the two to help me decide. Thanks!!😊

The interior sure looks nice, but it's tough to ignore how inconsistent the exterior styling is from side to side. With only one window on each of the north and south walls it's a big turn-off for anyone who cares about all-around beauty. The deck is a nice feature for sure, and since it's got south-west sun exposure it won't have any mold or moss problems.

I live in this plan. Kitchen space is the best I have seen in all of DR Horton plans. Hall space is more squarish. Only thing is that it has that unusable awkward space between dining and hall. Upstairs design could have been better. I wish upstairs steps landed on the media room instead of the bed rooms. Main closet inside restroom is odd.

Hopefully they have a basement

I think you guys need a better camera. There's some black spots and shadows in many scenes of the video.

the walkway between the stove and island is too narrow. hope the home owner does not put on weight, will get stuck with a hot pot.
