    While the Runestone is generally attributed to be a hoax, it is interesting and likely that Vikings were in Hudson Bay from which they could easily transit south via the Nelson River to Lake Winnipeg and then the Red River so get near this location via a water route.

    When you see it in person you notice how close Oswald really was to the car. Not only did Oswald do it, they found out where the first shot went. It hit a street light. Photos proved it.

    • @CarlDigre
      @CarlDigre 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I also noticed how small the overall area is. The so-called grassy knoll shooter would have been too close. I don't believe that a shooter would choose to be that close.

  • @paulaharrisbaca4851
    @paulaharrisbaca4851 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Gotta add that with a shooter dressed as a cop and all the eyes on JFK, sometimes you can simply get away with murder.... I'm surprised you didn't stop at the place where James Tague was standing and got hit by a cement chip from where another bullet hit the curb....

    • @CarlDigre
      @CarlDigre 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I definitely will be returning there eventually. I'll have to try to remember that location. I still think that Oswald was the lone shooter. That doesn't mean that others weren't involved in setting everything up (most likely CIA). I just believe that only one shooter was needed. Thanks for your input. I appreciate it. This is a very interesting topic. Hopefully, it will all come to light eventually.

    Giggling? Not exactly the reaction I had when I visited.....Very somber and sad experience. I guess some people don't read the room. Disneyland or Epcot center should be on your list to go giggle and smile at. Just saying

      Those places are on my bucket list. I also plan to return to Dealey Plaza, too, someday. Maybe the second visit will be a very somber and sad experience.

  • @paulaharrisbaca4851
    @paulaharrisbaca4851 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

    You know what that kinda looks like? As all the cars pass by, and there's a traffic break, it's like when the waves are going out of a tidepool and all the little crabs and urchins and other tidepool creatures come out of their rocks and holes and get out in the middle looking for nice shots of the Plaza and the surrounding significant spots. I don't mean that in a mean way, it's just the first shot that struck me. And this must happen every midday of every day and every years and especially every November, when the mating season happens, you could say....all the JFK buffs (I'm certainly one ever since I was in high school from the moment I saw the Groden bootleg of Zapruder's film on "Good Night America".... and I was forever hooked.

    • @CarlDigre

    I grew up 1 block from Lake Alice. Spent hours walking around it, riding my bike, feeding the ducks and ice skating there in the winter where they had a warming house. After Christmas they burned the Christmas trees in a bonfire and had hot chocolate to drink. Many happy memories of living in Fergus Falls! 4:27

    We used to build a fire in the old Decauville Locomotive at the Thrashing Bee Grounds and go up to the Dalton Cafe to have Breakfast until we could hear the whistle on that thing start to scream for us to come back and tend to the trains we ran there. They had good food at the Place over the years since I first began to get served by Jannette Berg in the 1950's. Laverne Berg used to as k if I wanted to see a picture of a couple Knuckleheads, at some times when I used to meet him there. He would pull out a picture of Him standing in front of his Harley. They used to have Saturday Evening Drawings Downtown in the 1950's that brought out a crowd. Rorvig's Store still looks the same.

      I used to play in the alley where He began the Walk, the most dangerous threat was my Sister riding my Rupp Mini Bike with no brakes down the alley. She wore out a few shoes attempting to stop that ride.... Used to be an old Guy who had a house up on a small hill there that allowed Him to supervise the Area and report any suspicious types.

      The train you are referring to was there when I went in 1971 when I was 8 (2 months from being 9). It was a train made to look like it was from the Flintstones.
