Supply Cart Transformation Project
In 2017, Plexxus embarked on a Supply Cart Transformation project at Scarborough Health Network. Featuring a clinical friendly design which makes it easy to locate supplies on the cart, the project will reduce nursing time spent looking for supplies and more time on patient care.
The project has created significant savings through reduced inventory and clinician’s retrieval time and has been recognized as leading practice in Ontario’s healthcare supply chain.
Starring Nick Dimovski, Nazira Habib, Danilo Sison, Elio Rotondo, Anne Sideras and the team at Scarborough Health Network, we are pleased to share with you the final video of the Supply Cart Transformation project.
