I am struggling to get the tubes to snap together. The plastic rope rings take up so much space that the pin can't reach the hole.

Seems like some common sense could eliminate this video. Interesting body language also..I felt reprimanded.

This demonstration video is terrible, he doesn’t show what to do with the extra strap once through the ratchet and if it’s connect back to the brackets for the swing.

I couldn't get the rope through the handle. The outer coating would get stuck and I'd end up with the inner part on the other end. Frustrated owner

We bought a Swurfer Slice The Air today Saucer swing. We are having problems getting it together and when we looked up the instructions on the sight to see what we could be doing wrong the instructions were totally different than what our saucer swing is made up of. Using the screws and bolts would be easy but ours is not made that way. We have a round disk that you slip on between the two pieces that are suppose to snap together. We can not get it to snap together for whatever reason. May be a defect in the piece. What is your suggestion? Guess we may have to return it. We were looking forward to putting this up for our grandchildren.

Does anyone know an installation video with clearer instructions, better camera angles, and details like recommended distances from trees, distance for hooks to be apart, etc.,etc. I have watched this with my husband several times and still not clear enough to feel like the installation is safe. The suspension system is decent priced, so I believe worth taking time to show a better installation process per customer request. The box had no instructions inside.

These instructions are terrible. Your hands block the carabiner instructions and the angle on the ratchet makes it difficult to tell what's going on. We are here to see this because this sort of thing isn't intuitive for us and the written instructions are not very helpful for these 2 parts.

Worst instructions possible!! You completely gloss over the most important section. We’ve now lost two swurfer’s in the last three years. Only got it up once correctly, probably by accident.

not all trees have thick branches that grow very long and perpendicular to the ground. These are all a special type of trees. I can't find any info on this channel that says how many feet the swing needs to be from the trunk to prevent injuries.

Got one of these for my granddaughter and she loves it. Unfortunately after hanging outside in the sun for a few months the traction pads are falling apart and the bamboo finish is coming off. This thing will need to be replaced in a year, hasn’t even seen rain yet. Very disappointing.

I don’t think the tree would mind. The only problem I will be a worried about is if the tree dies and you would had to grill a Nother tree to install that swufer. Or just make a swing set.

I love it dude! Good work on the video and starting this! I own a tree company and would like to start hanging swings for people. I'll try to move a few of these for ya !
