About the Arm Swinging ,first I'm the trainer who is filmimg this & this is my channel ,not the player. Since I got comments on that, as a Trainer my duty is to teach them techniques & how to play volleyball and this is not a team this is just an academy where they learn volleyball with failing & giving errors but about laziness ,as I always say Not Everyone can be a volleyball player but just those who really want to be . ❤

This is just Warm-Up Idea while they're playing 2 by 2 not the main practice and it's done like just 2-3 minutes Pre-Practice 🤦♂️

Since this is an academy & our duty is to teach Volleyball to everyone who likes Volleyball . Of course Volleyball isn't for the lazies & anybody can't become a volleyball player but those who really want. ❤

Yeah I agree , Volleyball is this all the elements are connected to each other Because of bad reception, set wasn't good and in the end they had to pass the ball like free ball
