Nameless Sensei is Kamimoto Eiichi (紙本栄一) from Musô Shinden Ryû.

So many basic problems here, but okay, whatever. lol.

Unusual ? No, this is a steaming pile of garbage right from the beginning with his bow (rei ho) which is just so wrong in every way, hard to know where to start first in correcting. Second, no real knowledge of how to actually draw the sword effectively. Then what he appears to be describing and halfway demonstrating is a very poor attempt to mimic or riff off the iai found in Tenshin Shoden Katori Shinto Ryu. Either he watched videos or learned from someone that watched videos, TSKSR omote embu has been available to watch since a lengthy Japanese documentary in the 1970's. Whatever made up lineage is claimed, I don't believe it.

I'm not sure how many of them knew each other, trained together, taught and learned from one another. But the subtle differences don't really matter much when the objective is to cut the opponent down. I truly appreciate these pieces that you've put together.
