How do you run a car windows base software? if you do run them! Parallels or Rosetta? Also how good do they run if you have software open on Mac at the same time ?
For me I use auto cad and sketch up and both run very well and natively on Mac, I am in the works of testing parallels to see if theirs a benefit over windows laptop, but I can say so far that the paid version of parallels is better then the free and if you need windows software to run anything I would 100% use parallels 👍

Can you comment on m3 MacBook airs to use to study architecture instead of the pros? Would they still work efficiently?

I do have plans in the future to showcase both parallels and other versions of Mac and laptops, but for now I would say you should easily get by with the airs as long as you have 16gb ram, storage you can easily get an hard drive but the ram is crucial for longevity 👍

I am trying to decide on the 11in vs 13in. Is the 11in sufficient for all needs? It seems more portable, but I'm worried about missing that extra real estate
I would honestly recommend checking out my iPad Pro 2024 vs iPad Pro 2020 video, where I compared the 2 sizes. Personally, I found using the 13inch iPad Pro was similar in weight to my old iPad so their wasn’t to much difference on the portability side. I think you would honestly value the extra 2 inches more than a slightly lighter small version. 👍

How is the build quality mate? Does it feel really sturdy when held in hands?
The iPad Pro 13 inch does feel the same as the 11 inch strength wise and I can comfortably use it for drawing, it doesn’t feel like it will bend unless you try! If it helps getting a folio case from Amazon should allow for more sturdiness 👍
