Queen bee: So you're saying, we don't have to find the perfect spot, a human would just gave us a new hive? Attendant 1: Yes, Your Highness. I saw it on the Internet. Swarm near human place, and they'll call someone with the instant hive for us. We'll just need to pay with some honey and wax as rent. Attendant 2: Better choose wisely though, some human would freak out and just goes straight to burning stuff up.

Yes I found the queen in a tiny clump on the ground, picked up the clump, raised my hand up and the swarm relocated from the limb to my hand

I’ve had more swarms this year than I’ve ever seen, these are Russian bees, I’m going to have to manage them a little different than I used to

you should remove the middle frames before dumping a swarm in. Then replace those frames once the swarm has moved in. Also, it’s good to sanitize and clean any old comb out of a swarm trap box.
I usually forget to remove a few frames
