FYI The people at the funeral that Annie 'didn't know' at the beginning of the movie are the naked people throughout the last scenes at the end of the movie. They are Paimon cultist. They are the ones who, with keys to the house given them by their leader before she died, entered the home at will, wrote spells on the walls, dug up the corpse of their leader, beheaded it for Paimon and placed the headless body in the attic and planted the dead deer in the road that caused Peter to swerve and hit the pole they had designated where Paimon's spirit would be freed from its 'incorrect' female host. They are also the ones who retrieved the head. Charlie was buried headless. And ultimately it was Paimon behind ALL of their actions because it was Paimon , symbolically living in the tree house with his invisible demon minions, who was the master minding 'outside entity ' that used the House , the school and Joan's apt like "Doll houses" and the cultist and the family were his living 'miniatures'.

in the manga the scene of mahito touching nobara is really quick, like the frames make it seem that she just turned the corner and got popped by mahito, with no reaction time possible whatsoever i think for dramatic purposes in the anime they extended the scene and it kinda looked like she stood still there like a idiot lol

Tokyo and Kyoto are far away irl btw the shortest way to get to Tokyo would be by high speed train but even then that takes about 4hours to get the Tokyo and with the timestamps they been giving throughout season 2 we know that basically only 3hours have passed since the start of the incident but yes the whole Jujutsu society knows about it through the hundreds of windows relaying informations during the shibuya incident
