My youtube channel is dedicated primarily to antique fans and my custom fan creations. Secondarily, I have included some videos of my second hobby which is classic motorcycles. Hope you enjoy!

HOLTZER CABOT GUARD
The best way to fabricate a new guard for an antique fan is to have a good sample at hand to start.

Experiment in GEC style elliptical orbiting mechanism.

My curiosity got the better of me and I decided to duplicate the GEC mechanism that their fans used to provide an elliptical orbit style movement.

Great job. Did you anneal the brass?
I try not to anneal brass if possible. The cage center was fabbed from 1/4" stock and was formed hot around an appropriate round stock in two pieces, then silver soldered together and machined. So it was annealed, but unitentionally.
Love it.
A man of many talents. Lovely sound. Lovely images.
🥳🎉😁
GOOOO NALU!!
Did you make those parts. Or by them at a local hardware store. I may try thst with my fan .I always Wanted an orbit fan. But have never seen one in person.
I fabricated the yoke, stirrup, ball joint and vertical shaft.
I give u like it show no like... wtj
that's awesome, what??? I'm sure the algorithm is gonna pick this up, that is just too cool
Is that a Hunter Zephair fan? If so it must be an early one.
You're coming along nicely with these custom jobs. I would love to purchase one of your orbital projects fans. 🙏
Wow, man, veri ingenious work!
Nice cage badge and motor tag too.
Pretty Gibson. A strat man myself. Put together a parts guitar so i could have everything exactly how i wanted. Warmoth makes an awesome neck! Total $1k with the hsc.
That's an AWESOME WAY for a kid to learn how to fix things! Instead of sitting around playing video games they could learn mechanical and electrical skills on fixing something like an antique fan!
Nice - before you even said it I was thinking you did that ala Verity double lever style. I had one years ago, beautifully simple method.
How often do you need to change the brushes ??
The motor is brushless DC motor.
yeah that’s my ride or die!! best fan ever!!!
Which T-shirt did you choose?
@@mauibill7233 the black one!! Thank you so much!!😄
Nice one ✔️
Awesome job. This looks great in red. I'd love to find an old one to restore.
This is incredible! The creativity is next level!!! Love the Steve vai
There's something magical about fans that i didn't realize in all my years doing hvac. Then i restored my first vintage air propeller.
Marvelous ingenuity! This is probably the coolest fan I've ever seen, AND it's a light! How awesome. Thanks for sharing!
What a beauty !! I own the same model, but needs full restauration..
That is so creative. 🎉
I got one of these. What step up converter do you recommend on Amazon to work with the fan safely for U.S. usage. Thanks Bill !
Sweet Fan!!
Wow,super cool design
Best fan ever!
É uma peça muito bonita, mas o barulho dele parece de um mosquito... 🤭🤣 Será que não atrapalha o sono? 🤔 Parabéns pelo canal👏🏻
Whoa that’s a super cool fan! I had. I had no idea such a thing existed
In Việt Nam love like
Looks great Bill
Beautiful job. Your creative skills are quite amazing! It is impressive the power those small brushless motors have!
Looks the part and very well designed.
In Việt Nam 🇻🇳 love
make a fan with 3 blades so that the propeller has the shape of the propellers of old Arno fans and just search for arno fan 16
تحف رائعه كم هي جميله ذات قيمه عاليه
That is amazing work! I love all the mechanical pieces that turn the fans as well as throwing in some orbital circulation :)
❤
That is one impressive fan!
Nice work , hook it to a wire an allow it fly around over head circle of course but ,either way awsome work
I don't want my fans too quiet, i like the white noise to help me sleep. 😴
Very cool. I love the rocket design.
That's cool. Can we get a peek inside?

Love the design
Beyond cool! Love this!
I would call that the FR5000, because of that guard that's on it. I.E. the FINGER REMOVER 5000 it will remove your finger in about 5/1000s of a second. Lol, nice retro looking fan though.
Stunning work. You are a master-craftsman/artist. Well done!
This fan should’ve been in Fallout 4
That is one damn nice looking fan.
